Get Paid to Read Emails

Get paid to read emails is another great way to earn extra money. You won’t make a lot but it’s free and flexible, and is just so easy to do!

How does “Get Paid To Read Emails” work?

You join a “Get Paid To (GPT)” site/program, usually giving them your name, email and other demographic information, and the site/program owner delivers advertisers ads to your email box, and you click on the link in the emails to visit the advertisers’ websites – yes, you are actually get  paid to view ads! Usually you get paid cash or “points” for reading and clicking. Most of those sites also offer other ways to get paid such as shop and sign up offers.

What’s the catch?

Most of these “GetPaidTo” sites are short lived – for some reason, they don’t “survive” for a long time, they come and go. It’s not uncommon you heard people complaining they are scam! Also, majority of those sites pay really low, they usually pay less than one cent, which make them not worth your time!

Tip: if you do those low paying (1 cent or less per email) paid to read emails, make sure you cash out as soon as you reach payout – you never know when they are going to close their doors!

What are the BEST Legit Paid To Read Emails Sites?

However, there are a few honest, legitimate and reliable and “high paying” sites that actually worth joining in my opinion – Below are the best/top paying PTR sites, all pay 1 cent and up – all pay cash either by Paypal or check.

MyPoints – You earn 5 points, which worth about $0.03 for reading an email, and cash out minimum is 1600 points ($10). They also send surveys that offer 10 – 50 points, you earn 5 points if disqualify. Points can be redeemed for Cash via Paypal, Amazon Gift certificates and other popular retail gift cards. I have cashed out quite a few Walmart gift cards and they send the cards very quickly. MyPoints is legit and a very reliable site.

Hits4Pay – You receive $5 in your account when sign up as a member. They send you emails according to your interest. You earn $0.02 for viewing each ad. Cash out minimum is $25.00. Pay cash via Paypal. They also have a two-tier referral system. You need to login to your account to read the paid emails. Their paid emails/paid ads do expire so make sure check their emails at least once a week.

DealsnCash They pay $5.00 for sign up, $0.01 – $0.02 for viewing each email/ad. They also have a double tier referral system. Minimum cash out requirement is $30, and they pay cash via Paypal. (Please make sure your Email provider don’t block DealsnCash). Their paid emails/paid ads also  expire so make sure check their emails at least once a week.

Note: Hits4Pay and DealsnCash have plenty ads if you select the right categories, please read comments below to find hint (my answer to paul).

InboxDollars You get $5 just for signing up at Inboxdollar.  They pay $0.02 for reading/clicking each email,/ad. You can also earn from taking surveys ($0.5 for daily surveys, and they do have target surveys that pay up to $10), completing paid offers, doing search and simple tasks etc.  They also have a referral system. You must earn at least $30.00 to request cash payment (via check). Please note: you are required to do some surveys or offers in order for them to keep sending you paid emails.

SendEarning – You get $5.00 sign up bonus. SendingEarings is the sister site of Inboxdollars. It works pretty much the same as Inboxdollars. They pay $0.02 for reading each email/ad, and you can also make money by taking surveys (daily surveys and target surveys), completing paid offers and shoppings. Minimum payout is $30, and they pay cash via check. Please note: you are required to do some surveys or offers in order for them to keep sending you paid emails.

Advice/Tips & Notes:

1. As you can see some of the sites above have a pretty high cash out requirement of $25 or $30. So finding active referrals will greatly shorten the time needed to reach the minimum payout, especially for hits4pay and deaslncash. Even it’s just a few of friends signing up as your referrals and actively clicking ads, will be very helpful.

2. Reading paid emails/Viewing ads only take a few minutes a day, or you can schedule a specific time to do the work. For example, I check those emails once a week, usually during weekend.

  1. addition, the majority PTC sites offer a commission to its members in support of signing up contemporary members (similar to many associate marketing.
From my journey, there really are no “instant Dollars” to be made on the internet, except from the scam websites that
will easily deprive you of your hard earned cash.
This way, you can increase your earning potential to multiple
    folds.

  2. So your gut feeling would the first line of defense against the cheats.
Paid survey companies have emerged to connect consumers with the manufacturing and
service companies to help these companies improve their products and services.

This thing won’t help, be everything you are and let each other
    benefit from the real you.

  3. Hello I just want to thank you all for your comments on this survey topic.
It is helpful to know which ones are not worth the time.
I find it frustrating when a site says they have your check/money waiting then
they try to sign you up for more surveys (that you already signed up with) it is a viscous circle. I have been trying to go to each individual site and make sure that I can actually login using my email/password. Then pin this site to my start page. Any other suggestions to weed out the junk?

Wish everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR! Linda

    • Hi Linda,

Thank you for your comment. I understand your frustration. My suggestion is go to my Survey List here (and bookmark it):

      http://mysurvey123.com/united-states-paid-surveys-list/

And start signing up with all the legit survey sites on the list (or as many as you feel comfortable). If you have already signed up with certain survey sites, you can use their “forget password” function to recover your password. Make sure make a note for each site you already joined.

Hope it helps and please feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR too!

  6. I noticed you haven’t mentioned Inbox Pays. I recently started and its usually 5 cents an email 😆 Just wondering if they”re not legit since no mention of them? Def don’t wanna waste my time! BTW great site!!!

    • I doubt that they are legit. My experience was getting my account to ~$48 and then none of my other offers validated so i couldnt reach the payout of $50. I contacted admins and customer support. They made excuses and blamed the sponsors. We exchanged screenshots and emails, but nothing ever happened. Seems like a scam to me.
Id avoid it unless youre going to dump money into it.

I don’t know much about them – by looking at their website it’s a paid offer site, personally I don’t have a good impression about them by the look and feel of their site. I personally won’t bother with them.

The problem is that on most of the paid emails the sponsors try to entice you to take the offer and get paid more. On may of the emails I didn’t even get paid the minimal amount which was around 0.25 to 0.50.

To make matters worse I saw a sharp increase in the amount of SPAM in my email server SPAM isolation page. It has to be linked to InBoxDollars as they had my private info.

I finally got tired of their paid email circus and un-enrolled. Since I was far from the minimum $30 dollar cashout I got nothing for my efforts except large amounts of continuing SPAM.

And the same warning goes out for the Survey company- MyView. Unless you like the offers it not worth the pain. You will be just opening a SPAM pandora’s box with these companies. :side: :-x[/quote]Good warning BB, I found that the amount of info they ask for in dealsncash for instance to be very intrusive, for 2-5 cents? rediculous. 13. I recently received a $52.20 check from InboxDollars and so I can say for a certainty that Inbox Dollars is not a scam. However it did take almost 2 years for me to earn this payment. I also recently received a $25 Staples gift card from MyPoints so MyPoints is also legitimate. Earning the gift card from MyPoints was a lot lot faster than InboxDollars. These sites are a good place to earn 10 or 20 or 30 cents per day per site, most every day.

  20. paid to read emails are one of the best starting out, i use crazy browser or firefox to open the emails side by side in the same window, makes it faster to look at them.

i found another site comparable to emails but made for fun. it’s a free to play RPG game site, you play through dungeons, kill monster, collect gold, gold is converted to cash each month. payout by alertpay, paypal or by check.
minimum $10 to cashout, if you guys would like to be my referral, it will be greatly appreciated.

By the way, MyView is NOT GPT site, it’s a legit paid survey company.

And as for them who prefer to quit b4 reaching the limit, I respect that, but here’s my opinion on it, nobody can earn easy money without 1st making an effort. In PTR you can always login to earn some more instead of waiting your inbox loaded with email ads.

I get average 2 emails a day at 1 cent each. with a 35 dollar cash out (or 40, I can’t remember)…I’ll never get there it seems. I signed up June 2008. I’m up to 11.74 so far lol. But, I’ll keep plugging away. Inbox and MyPoints are FAVORITES of mine and I appreciate that you’ve listed other ‘good’ ones and I’m going to go sign to all of them today. Thanks again! Lisa
