The purpose of the questionnaire for GiftArrow is to learn what type of gifts are desirable by different people from certain relationships for certain occasions. We will ask you to enter certain personal information about yourself. We will NOT ask any sensitive information, such as your Social Security Number, credit card, or bank account information.

Our questionnaire will take 20-30 min to complete. It includes about 30 questions that would help us collect and interpret some basic facts about your personality, habits, and preferences. You will be asked to choose gifts from GiftArrow Catalog that you would be glad to receive from certain people for certain occasions. You will NOT be obliged to buy any of those items, unless you would like to do so.

In exchange for the information you agreed to share with us, you may choose one of the following kinds of rewards after you complete the survey: $25.00 check mailed to you or $50.00 credit toward to-be-created GiftArrow customer account.

thanks for the link. I took it and they said they would send the check - I chose the $25 check, too. That was a fun survey. I loved looking at all the cool gifts.
