Paid Surveys Etc is another site that you need to pay memebership fee to access their database/list of paid survey companies. As usually I suggest you not to pay anyone for those information, and there are other red flags about this site:
1. Paid Survey Etc claims you make $500 - $3500 a month by doing paid surveys. This is a outright lie.
2. Paid Survey Etc privacy policy - you could get many many spam emails. Here is part that says:

Concolusion: Don't waste your money on Paid Survey Etc, because you should not have to pay for a list of paid survey sites, and Paid Survey Etc is very likely an email harvisitng site that spams you.
