| Vindale Reserch - SCAM |

Is Vandale Research a scam? In my opinion, YES, they are absolutely a SCAM, here is why: I signed up with them, just wanted to know the truth, here is what I found out and why I say they are scam: 1. One of the surveys available for me right after I signed up is their "Accelerated Training Tutorial" - which pays $5.00. Yes, you go through this training and get $5.00 credit in your account, sounds great? until you read this: the training is actually asking me go through the sign up process with eFax's 30-day FREE trial (is this trail sounds familiar to you? of course I am not stupid) then do their so called follow up survey (apparently the "survey" is just a bogus survey from Vindale.). OKEY, I don't need to go on anymore - It is very clear to me that this is NOT a Paid Survey, this is actually a Paid offer. 2. They have a high payout requirement of $50 - you have to accumulate $50 to request payment. This is red flag for me. Real legit marketing research companies have low payout requirement or none. such as NFO ($10), SurveySavvy ($0), Greenfield ($0), Lightspeed ($10)..... 3. I also did a little research on web, and found out that people are talking about having to pay upfront fee (give out credit card numbers) to evaluate a product and do "surveys" - this makes it even more evident that Vindale Research is NOT a legit paid survey/marketing research company - REAL paid survey/Marketing Research companies NEVER ask you to pay for anything such as the product you are suppose to test/evaluate to give your opinion, it is ALWAYS FREE to do product testing and give your opinion on the products you tested by taking the follow up survey about the products. So what are they? Vindale is a Paid To Do offers site, NOT a legit Paid Survey/Marketing research site/company. You get paid for signing up offers, just like many other Paid Offer sites. Should I sign up with them? I have heard people getting paid by them, but many have issues with them such as not getting credit. Signing up with them or not is up to you. The point is do you want to spend time on them knowing that there is a possibility that you will not get paid? The sad thing is many GPT beginners don't even know about this possibility, and they are easily fooled by sites like Vindale research. Those days crooks and scammers like Vinale are getting smarter and using more creative dirty tricks. What they are doing is deceiving and unethical, and they should be put out of business. Panda and Mindspay are not real survey sites either. My point is they are not honest and upfront about those so called "evaluation" are actually not real market research surveys - those are paid offers. I understand they might have those low paying "daily surveys" but that's not what I am talking about.
So I belived everything they said and provided all my info used real name as i wanted to be able to cash the Checks, was not sure if using a alias would work when I took checks to bank to cash.
Oh, and I was getting a creepy feeling when they asked me to sighn up for BLOCKBUSTER and to stay with them for 20 days minimum and if I like them to stay as a paying member. And they offered me too little money to make it worth all the hastle it was $20 bucks, but that gives the my credit card info and I subtract the subscrption price.
One has to be seriously demented to do this survey. And now thanks to you Gods Angels hear, I am 100% sure its a SCAM. And Popular Science a Legit Magazine should be held accountable for this.
I am thinking about calling the Magazine to let them know how much of my time they wasted, and that they got my identity and private info into the hands of a SCAM company.
I am one of the wisest smartest person, but with Popular Science recommending them, I let my guard down, so what is happening to all my fellow Mankind???
Thank you very much for sharing your view!
And you did NOT offend me!.
Best regards,
Totally agree with you!
Thanks for the comment!
You are right - they are not upfront and honest their business.
I am glad you find the info helpful!
I do want to point out though that although not technicaly a paid survey site, Bzzzagent does sometimes ask you to pay a small portion of a product you will be testing. I know this is NOT a Paid Survey site, but its one that most folks sign up for. and its MUCH better than PTC or PTR IMO. at least you do get free stuff, and points to redeem.
Anyway, Thank you for all your hard work and I hope I have offended you, you are a wonderful help!!
