HCDSurveys Terms of Membership Changes

I received this email from HCD Surveys about a week ago, regarding the new changes of membership terms. Here is part of the original email: "One of our goals is to make it fun and easy to participate in surveys that are relevant to you. Therefore, we have implemented a few changes to enhance your experience at HCDSurveys.com. Now, when you participate in a paying survey and are disqualified in the process, you will still earn 10 points. For more information, please consult our Frequently Asked Questions. In addition, P.O. Boxes are no longer accepted as valid addresses, and incentive checks will be held until you provide a valid street address. If you have a P.O. Box set up as your current mailing address, please log into your My Account page at HCDSurveys.com and update your address. If you have any trouble logging in, please access the Forgot Password page, or you may also contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for assistance. We have updated our Terms of Membership to reflect these and other changes. You may review the complete terms and conditions at the following URL: http://www.hcdsurveys.com/panel/terms.cfm  " Note the two changes are: 1. You will earn 10 points if disqualified in the survey process - good! 2. P.O. Boxes are no longer accepted as valid address - update your mailing address if you have a PO Box, otherwise you won't receive payment check.
