My 500 points was credited. I didn't mean to get the BBB involved, but it was an insult that someone told me I didn't complete the survey when I did

I completed a 500 point ($5) on April 7, 2009. On May 6, 2009, I checked my account and the 500 was not credited yet. I contacted MyOpinionnow and they said that their points system had an error and that my account would be credited within a week. Yesterday, June 1, 2009, I checked my account and the 500 points still had not been credited. I contacted Myopinionnow to ask them about it. Jane Harding emailed me back and said that I didn't complete the survey and that I would not be credited. I did something I don't normally do. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and afterwards I replied to Jane Harding's message to let her know that I've filed a complaint with the BBB against MyOpinionnow.com. All of a sudden, at 4:32pm on the same day, she replied to me with the copied and pasted email message below.
