New Survey Site - Surveyhead E-mail
Wednesday, 18 June 2008

Surveyhead was founded by the founders of GoZing. They pay each survey completed cash via Paypal. Minimum payout is $25.00. You also get $5.00 sign up credit, Surveyhead accepts members worldwide.

I joined Surveyhead today, everything went smoothly, I earned $5.00 sign up credit, completed one survey. The member area of the site is well organized, you can check if there are surveys available for you to take, it indicates how much each survey pays, it even tells you how likely you are going to qualify for the survey. Smile

I personally did LOT of surveys for GoZing. GoZing was a good survey site, it also paid members cash for each survey via Paypal. (GoZing was later acquired by Greenfield online). Hope Surveyhead is as good as GoZing!

By the way, thanks to one of our great members Sue (Desierra) discovered this new great survey site Surveyhead!

fry  - ONE OF THE BEST   |2010-05-06 08:20:56
this is one of the best survey sites online. All those complaining about payments, have no patients. I'm sure they have THOUSANDS of PANELIST to pay everyday and you know what COMPLAINERS, PEOPLE sort thru, verify, and send payments. NOT A COMPUTER! No i don't work for surveyhead, I am a LARDASS panelist on SSI just like most of you, but atleast I am greatful to earn extra non-taxable income and put in a paypal acct so none of my meager little benefits are affected. I have been with them for a yr now and have made over $500. I try to keep it at $45 a month in surveys so as to not have to claim it on taxes. Sometimes payments are longer than they should be, but I ALWAYS GET PAID. I completely trust them and they have always paid, no matter how late. Tell me of any other sites that pay you an average of $3-$8 an hour for surveys. They have spoiled me, I refuse any survey from any panel that doesn't pay me at least $3 an average, and most of the time I will skip those and only take $4 an and up. So those of you who want to complain about payments, go ahead and quit surveyhead and keep to you petty little .50 cents per survey panel. That just leaves more high paying surveys for me.

I would not use this company just check around, they will not pay out and any review that says thy do is a employee. These guys are con artists and anyone who's been ripped off like i have please contact the California attorney general and make a complaint. It's not right to promise people things and then shut down there accounts after they ask where the money is.
Liliana Piegariu  - re:   |2010-03-08 16:16:09
Daniel,

first scammers are you when you promise to pay people for their time. I've already completed surveys for more than $ 150, cashed out $ 83.50 starting on Jan 22nd and still none of your employees or you bother to pay me or respond one of the many emails I've sent. This is a shame. I used to like your site, but after all the efforts you make to ignore the payments you promise and people who make your business work, I really think you've been abusing my time. Don't accuse others when this informations is coming right out from your site and then, when it's your turn to pay, you just vanish. Show some decency and start paying people for what they do for you and your company.

I have been a member of surveyhead about a year now maybe a little more. In the year I have made just under 500 not great but not horrible either. Up until Aug09 if my amounts stayed pending for any length of time I could drop them a email and they would update the amounts to earned. During the month of Dec I stopped being able to log onto their account everytime I would put in name or email it would tell me that my account has been successfully closed which is the last thing I wanted to do. I had amounts pending from 2 or 3 months but was still able to cash out for 33 on Dec 23. They did something new with the site and in Jan I got a email from customer service stating that the amounts that had been pending for so long they set those to earned and my account was in good standing. On Jan 25 my cashout was 66.50 and I am still waiting. The site says 4 weeks to from requested to confirmed but we are on 6 weeks and still nothing. I have emailed them numerous times all to no avail I have even managed to cash out again for 25.40 on 2/16. I am not sure what there problem is but time is probably better spent on other sites.

I have been doing surveys with your company for months and finally when i get to the cashout status theres a problem. I still have several surveys dated back to 2009 thats still waiting to enter the earned status. I cashed out 1/23/10 and still have not received my money thats due to me.

I had the "cashout button" issue for 3 days, then I tracked down their office info, and spk w/Josh of Customer Support. He indicated they knew about the tech issue-and blamed it on Java incompatabilty. Josh hand processed the cashout, then told me about the "every two week" payouts. Ive been a member for about a year I guess. Well Took Many Many Surveys for them. Seems at Times Complete a Whole survey just to get to the end after 45min to an hour only to be told I don't qualifier or Quotas has been reached. Now Come on Now A person knows if they are screening questions or the actual survey, which ever No credit for Several Surveys like this. Next up I Managed to get up enough to cash out at 37 dollars they processed this pretty quickly changed from requested to confirmed and even managed to get the payment in papal a couple days after that. Now the nightmare begins.....I waited and waited before I decided to do a cash out again because I thought they were legit, and just to get a bigger payment at once. Well Came to day I decided it was that time, maybe completed about 4 or 5 months of surveys in account. Cash-out amount was about $90 dollars. Requested Cash-out, Mind you last time that my request to cash-out was confirmed within less than a week. Lightning fast there it was in my papal account. this time 4 weeks has come and gone, emailed support they emailed me back and apologized for the inconvenience of it being the holidays and that their system had something wrong with it and would receive my payment by the end of that week. Week came and gone till 2 weeks later e-mailed again wanting my $90 dollars for my time and effort. Sent email back saying that it rejected due to irregularities in the account and not abiding by terms and conditions. Mind you I have not opened any other account and always been truthful and legit with them. They Took the money and was even nice enough to leave the account opened so they can take it again. Fun Right 6 months of surveys saved to cash-out just to see that the cheap F**ks don't Pay. STAY AWAY THEY WELL GET YOU. To CHEAP TO PAY MEMBERS FOR THEIR TIME.

DIERIGJ - My suggestion is you should never say YES to any of those "Yes/No" questions, you never know what you might get yourself into!
DIERIGJ  - Yes/No Options   |2009-12-27 04:36:50
Questioning this YES/NO option at the end of a survey. You get an option to join other sites such as IPSOS, LIGHTSPEED and others. One that was listed was GET PAID TO TRY. All seemed legit, so I said yes to this one, since I am a member of all the others that were listed, figuring it was good. Has anyone else ever worked with GET PAID TO TRY? What is your experience with them. Seems to be a lot of spam from other sites since joining them.
mlynn  - re:   |2009-12-19 00:09:06
Hi, sorry about the link! Please try again, and no you should not need to say yes or no to other sites.

I completely understand what you mean, I complete survey after survey actually racked up $35 went to request 26 of it & they tell me i have multiple accounts. therefore i try every last e-mail i have & none of them work.....I want them to pay me then they can go Eff themselves.
DIERIGJ  - Top Site for me....   |2009-10-30 15:55:52
I have been a member of SurveyHead since this past spring and I'm nearly close to cashing out for the 3rd time. This site has been great. I've emailed them 2x with problems which were immediately corrected or answered. I would not give up on them just yet. The one thing that I did find out about this site is that if it requires say 1000 responses and you are just about finished, you may get disqualified due to the survey reaching it's 1000 responses. You may not necessarily be disqualified, but may the quota may have been met.

Yes. I was surprised to find out they are basically the same site. They offer the same surveys both on the dashboard and via email and they both offer the $5 bonus sign up and $.25,I think, per profile. I prefer Focusline because I generally receive their emailed surveys way sooner than Surveyhead. Also, I kept experiencing SH not recognizing me after completing survey.

I joined a few months ago and got up to $10 rather quickly then I did not qualify for every survey after that. Then I left for about a week and rejoined. I qualified for 2 surveys and got $2.50 and then the same story I haven't qualified for any surveys since the $2.50.It is seems that once you get to a certain point and then I don't receive any surveys or I don't qualify. This has happened with other sites as well
mayanmartha   |2009-07-19 19:47:33
I have had no problems with Surveyhead, they are one of my top 3. I am near cashout, I have 18.00 in my account and 8 dollars pending, I have only been with them a couple months. I never bother with the daily "get lucky" Otx survey, I save those for other sites, but I have still done quite well.
I do login in all the time and find more surveys that way.

Buster  - SCAM!!!! - Don't Waste Your Time   |2009-07-11 05:58:38
I also thought SurveyHead was legit and have spent a few months doing surveys on a daily basis. I have found it is hard to qualify and have spent a lot of time completing the pre-qualifying questions only to be told I didn't qualify....but I kept trying. I'm now at the $23 threshold and I have about 15 "pending" surveys which will not convert to "completed". I realize this process takes ~4 weeks, but some have been sitting there for 2 months. However, I have recently noticed that I will spend 10-15 minutes on a survey, answering pages and pages of specific product questions (some up to the very last question) and then I recieve the "you don't qualify" or "we've reached our necessary number of participants" error. I feel they are getting my answers without having to pay and I was very frusterated with the time I wasted. I sent a note of concern to their Customer Service Department and one of their "Managers" wrote me a NASTY message back. Since then, I've received NO survey opportunities. Seems weird that I would be sent 4-5 per day and now I receive 0 over a period of many days. I'm sure they have some way to block you. I'm just hoping some of my other surveys convert and can cash out soon, but it sounds like I may have issues getting my cash based on other responses. I would advise not wasting your time!! It isn't worth it, even if you actually get your money. I've spent about 30 hours trying to get $25 and all I have so far is a headache!
jd   |2009-07-10 12:58:12
I took the survey in Surveyhead but unfortunately when it was their turn to pay me they block my id....very bad...dont try...its a horrible...don't go for this survey head ....its a waste of time and energy.
Lee   |2009-07-08 18:30:40
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that some people are having so much trouble with Surveyhead. They, along with the sister co. Focusline, have been some of the better survey companies I've dealt with. You can't count on those qualifying % this give for each survey. I dq'd on a 100% and finished and got paid for a 5% so try for all. I've been paid once by SH and 3 times by Focusline. It takes several weeks to go from pending to earned and an add'l month to get your money but they ALWAYS pay and via paypal which is the best. I have also completed a few surveys and got some error messages or blank screens at the end. I email support and always get a professional response and my account is eventually credited after a few weeks. I wouldn't give up on them.
jj   |2009-07-08 16:07:51
I have been on the site for weeks and until yesterday I've not qualified for one freaking survey, wasting much time going through questions just to be told 10 minutes into a survey that I don't qualify, so I final got into one and spent the half hour doing it and made it 99 percent through, as they gadge it at the top, and I was just doing the married, state stuff and I got an error message and it kicked me out. I emailed the company and told them and I got a nasty email saying if I knew about that happening before I joined so I can leave if I want. What jerks. Another person leaving this scam, please folks, don't join. Do something better with your time!! I won't ever get to the nightmare of trying to get paid as I can't even get to the point of earning any money...sheesh!
KAREN   |2009-07-02 14:10:37
I joined Survey Head on 11/14/09 and by 6/9/09 I had earned $25. I cashed out and received my money in my PayPal account on 6/30/09. All in all I'm very happy with Survey Head. I receive a lot of surveys and usually qualify for 1 out of 3.

Hi Thank you very much for warning everybody about this scam! Surveyhead is a legitimate company, and this scammer is using SurveyHead's name to run the scam. Unfortunately this is nothing new!!! There are so many reputable businesses have been used by the scammers!

I am glad you didn't fall the scam, and appreciate your warning others. I am not sure who you should report to but I think you might want to file a police report.

ETA: I just forward your warning to SurveyHead, hopefully they will do something about it.
Anonymous   |2009-06-17 16:52:39
-"WARNING!!!"- "SCAM ALERT!!!"- I hope this is a legit company for paid surveys. If so I just wanted to let you know that there is a company out of Canada who is using the SurveyHead.com name to run a scam which involves cashing a check and wireing a LARGE amount of it (usually $3,000 or more) and then it winds up bouncing leaving the victim to pay that amount plus any fees occured, and you NEED to remedy this RIGHT AWAY if you want to keep a repitable business reputation. But if this is the ones running this scam, consider yourselves warned, I would've almost fell for your little scam if my teller who happens to be a friend of mine hadn't pointed it out to be a scam. This HAS been turned into the fraud department and I will tell the Better Business Bureau about this scam I almost fell for as well if they ask. If this is you running this scam, trying to con us hard working people (who only want to better our family's lives) out of our money I just have one thing to say, YOU BETTER RUN SQUIRREL'S CAUSE' JOHNNY LAW IS COMING AFTER YOU!!!!

Hi Cristine,

Greenfield bought GoZing years ago. The owner of SurveyHead used to own GoZing, but they sold GoZing to Greenfield.

Sometime last year the owner of GoZing started a NEW survey site called SurveyHead, Gozing/Greenfield have NOTHING to do with SurveyHead.

So you might have contacted the WRONG survey site. You got to contact SurveyHead, not Greenfield/Gozing.

Hope it helps. I know..

Angelica   |2009-01-11 16:01:06
Well, I am happy to say that Surveyhead finally paid me the reward incentive just today. I cashed out on November 11 though. Maybe they are just having some problems, as they are starting survey company.

I haven't been a member with Survey Head but about a month and already earned $31.00,but I went to cashout and well like everyone else I'm still waiting. If only they approved your cashout as fast as they approved the surveys this would be an awesome site...
Danny   |2008-12-29 13:44:57
I signed up with them months ago, took several months for the Surveys to be approved, when I finally went to cash out, said it would take several weeks, It has been over a month, I would suggest to everyone to avoid this site and tell others the same, as I have not heard of one person actually receiving any money from them so far.

Hi Mei, Thank you for the quick response. I did not received that message in an e-mail or anything like that, it was next to the “request payment” button. I am not completely sure what it means or why it has to be verified, I just assumed since they verified each survey reward individuality that it was normal. But it has been a pretty long time since then. I’m so sorry for complaining about it here, but I have tried to contact the survey company through e-mail and no response. Anyway, thank you for the concern!

Mei   |2008-12-14 22:02:20
Hi Angelica,

What do you mean "verify" your request is valid? It's first time I heard this.
Angelica   |2008-12-14 20:15:38
I am a member of many survey sites and have had great rewards with them, but this site is the first one with such a terrible outcome. I joined around August, and obviously, it took me months to earn $25. Finally, in the beginning of November, I did. Now, when I cashed out the text was to wait up to two weeks to ‘verify’ my request is valid. Well, it has been a month now and nothing. It is a shame that I put in so much time and effort for this company to make money off me and I am not the only person with this outcome.
Charee   |2008-12-11 11:50:08
I am relieved, I just received payment today in my Paypal account. Thanks, Mei!
Mei   |2008-12-10 12:35:34
Okay, this sounds just like the same old GoZing.

I was into the surveys early enough that I was a member of GoZing. They were late on payments all the time, I mean VERY late. Back then they pay survey by survey, I remember for some surveys I got paid after 3, 4 or even 6 months. HOWEVER, in all fairness, I got paid eventually, for EVERY SURVEY I did. Even after Greenfield bought them, I still got a few Paypal payments from GoZing which was a surprise.

Anyway, my advice is give them a little more time and be patient. But I already got two gals/guys sent me their email logins, and I am going to forward to SurveyHead. Hope to get a reply.
Rowel   |2008-12-10 12:06:48
