Hey, everyone. I want to briefly discuss a problem I've been having with surveys recently, specifically OTX surveys. Actually, for a quite a few of these, I have qualified, but then been terminated after I had to watch a video. Nonetheless, I couldn't finish the videos because I didn't have a "seamless experience" as OTX says. How can I stop being terminated from surveys do to video quality, because this is really frustrating, it hasn't always been happening!

mmmm interesting question. That happened to me in the past, but then I basically downloaded CCleaner and that helped me. As far ast OTX i dont even do the surveys from them. I always have problems with this company.

Ok, well I have CCleaner. I had no idea that survey mishap would occur though. Yeah I don't like OTX too much either, but I'm $2 away from cashout on Mindfield, and I got TWO $2 surveys from them today, qualified, and then got terminated from both!

What kind of internet access do you have? Do you have cable or DSL? I think in order to take video surveys, you might need to have fast internet connection.

Do you have problems all the time or just these two surveys? If you have no problem before, maybe it's just the problems of the two surveys?

Regarding OTX, I don't like them either, long surveys, repeated screening questions.. The only time I do their surveys now if via MyPoints, but that's because I still get 10 points even I disqualify...

OTX taking their surveys used to make me dizzy so I just stopped and they don't send me anymore. I wouldn't even bother with OTX because there are to many other legit survey companies out there that don't involve the stress.

P.S. I finally qualified for a 20/20 focus group. It pays $50... I log on once a day for two days. I'm so excited. I forgot what I will be discussing LOL!!! I'll figure it out.

wow you are so lucky. I have yet to qualify for one. Keeping my fingers crossed and my eyes open though.
