I was just curious to know something. When asked the question "have you participated in an online focus group less than 3 months ago, how do you answer? I have started to answer no to maximize my focus group potential. Why do they ask this question? I have been disqualified so many times from good paying focus groups when I answer yes, so I answer no now.

I'm sorry if that is dishonest but I have to make money how and when I can. What's you guys opinion on this.

I think the market research companies want opinion from different people, that's why they ask the question. But I think it doesn't matter as long as you aren't in the focus groups for the same subject over and over. In fact, some companies word the question this way: Have you done focus groups on (the subjects of) such for the last 3(6) months?

This actually is not a big deal for me, since I have found out that no matter what I say, I will get disqualified anyway!!
