A: As a part of our shift to PayPal, SurveySpot will also be moving to a points system. Points will be available on select surveys - in the same manner that cash incentives are currently offered. Once you reach a certain threshold, points can then be cashed out through PayPal, which will greatly expedite the time it takes to receive your reward! Further details on the revised reward system and points will be coming soon.

Immediately after qualifying and completing a survey that offers points, the points are added to your SurveySpot member's account. Once you reach the redemption threshold, you can request payment via PayPal. We will send all payments to the e-mail address you used when registering at SurveySpot (where you receive all SurveySpot correspondence). As soon as the payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification (please be sure to check your junk mail/spam filters for this correspondence). You can then immediately collect your reward by logging into your PayPal account!
