My Experience
Clear Voice Survey sends out surveys regularly, and pay from $1 - $10. I ususally receive 2 -3 surveys per month. Their surveys are generally interesting, and I like the fact that If I don't quality for a survey, I still get $0.10 for trying. I also have done an interactive survey that paid $15.00. I have cashed out a few times (Amazon gift certificates), and received payment fair quickly.

Overall, Clear Voice Survey is a pretty good survey panel, and I recommend it!

Wow I just received one of their surveys (a Canadian one too) and was told I didn't qualify right away? Answered one question and disqualified :-x . How are you supposed to accumulate $10 to cash out before a year when you receive invitations once in a while?

Clearvoicesurve ys is indeed a scam. They will send you invitations to take surveys and offer good money. You spend 15 minutes giving them all of your personally identifible information and then a screen pops up to say “Sorry we already have enough participants in this survey. Your participation is not needed”. As a consulation, they say they’ll add 10 cents to your account in 2 to 4 weeks.

Run the ther way from this scam. It looks as if they may be harvesting your personal information for use in an identify theft ring or possibly to conduct home invasions. If you are contacted by them report it immediately to your state’s attorney general’s office bunko division.

as of February of this year pchonlinesurvey s no longer uses clear voice as their survey host.
Pchonline surveys is now associated with Survey spot, the only difference between survey spot and pch is that pchonlinesurvey s does not have paypal for payout only gift cards.

personally i have never experienced any issues with clear voice surveys but since they dont give me many surveys period I dont go out of my way to respond to emails and what not, cashed out for the payoneer once but after i saw the fees (50 cents just to load then up to 3% of every transaction) I got an amazon gift card the second time.

I am having a same experience with Matt on 2010-02-21. As soon as my account reached $10 to get Amazon code, they tell me my account says it is determined to be fraudulent which they claim the user answers too quickly or gives same answer for everything or has multiple account from same IP address. It's ridiculous because I haven't done any of them!!

It feels like as if they don't have enough money to give away any more? I have contacted them and if they can't resolve this, I will cancel my account for sure!

I have been taking surveys for the past month with PCHOnlineSurvey s.com (which is the same ClearVoiceSurve ys but with a Publisher's Clearing House logo... same underpinnings though). I have taken a TON of surveys, and have racked up over $20.00 (I chose the Amazon.com gift card, and immediately used the code to transfer the balance to my Amazon account). I have had difficulty in getting a few small issues resolved, but have found that persistance pays off (send enough messages, eventually you get a reply... and they gave me a phone number, so we'll see). In any case, I have gotten to *preview an upcoming movie, *do a trial of some new products, and *give my opinion on a variety of things. Will I make a great hourly wage? Probably not. However, so far I have had no problems cashing out my funds for Amazon. As to the rest, if you read the terms of service, everything is laid out pretty clearly. (I opted to NOT use Payoneer because of this).

This company is a total waste of time and I refuse to answer any more surveys. I have been attempted a cash out since for over a year. When I requested a redemption April 2009, I never received anything. I sent numerous emails and finally in November 2009 I was told there had been an error and was finally credited back my money. I then submitted another redemption and have not received a dime, since November 2009. I have submitted numerous emails to no avail. I just got back up to $13 and submitted another redemption request and I am sure I will not receive a dime because it said the money would be credited to my Payoneer card, which I do not have. I am done with there waste of time surveys.

I agree Joe. I have been paid once. Then it took about a year to reach $10 again and I noticed that my rewards would remain on pending status for months. Each month I would lose more and more so I emailed them. They said lots of people successfully redeem their points and it only takes a couple of weeks to go from pending status. Last time I checked, I was down to $6 so they can just keep it. There are a hundreds of better companies out there.

Do not sign up for this site. You will put time and energy into it and not get compensated. First, I did not know about their dumb "one year policy" so after being part of the site for over a year, I went to redeem my earnings (probably about $25 worth) and they were gone. Then, since I just went over the $10 threshold, I wanted to redeem right away as to not have the same problem and then they marked my account as fraudulent and canceled it without letting me redeem the $12 I had earned. After contacting them, they said there was nothing I could do and claimed I must have been dishonest while taking the surveys, which is completely false. Complete utter bullshit!!

My account balance had gone to zero and my account got marked as fraudulent. After sending many emails and not receiving a reponse, I contacted Brian (contact info on this page). He reactivated my account, and deposited an adjustment into my account. Due to a SW glitch, my balance kept zeroing out after midnight. Brian worked diligently over a few weeks to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Contact him if you have an issue - he'll work with you to resolve it.

jb,

I'm curious why people let there accounts grow so large. I've seen the same complaints about other sites just like this. Once I hit a cash-out threshold, I take advantage of it, especially if it's a paypal or amazon certificate. I suppose I'm more of a pessimist when it comes to these sites than I am an optimist.

B) I recently cashed out again using the Payoneer card. Got an email from them saying that the money had been transferred; however when I tried to apply it to my Payoneer card, found out that it had been terminated due to no activity and my $10.00 payment would have to go to the $9.95 reinstatement fee for a new card. BS!!!!
I asked them to return the money to Clearvoice. It was returned within 2 days time and I then opted for the Amazon cert., which was immediately sent and applied without problems. Just beware of the Payoneer as an option. Once is good, twice I would be cautious.

B) I have now gotten all the money from them that I had coming (80.00) I am still getting surveys and they move funds from pending in a matter of days. I was finally able to get the Amazon codes once they fixed the history so I can look at records beyond 1-22 of 112. So I am happy now. I just moved 10.00 that was moved from pending since this morning to my payoneer debit card. They send me more surveys than anyone. I even got one that paid 20.00. not bad at all.

They emailed me and said the Amazon code is in my redemption history. Problem: I have 122 records and can only access records 1-4! So I cant see the code. I was given a number with the last response, so I will try and call it. At least I got something. I may need to write off the Amazon cash.

You must have them confused with Another Panel! They only offer $.10 on a survey that you are opted out ofQuoting John:
I love Clear Voice! I make sure that when I get an survey invite, I do it right away. They get filled up right away. I love the .25 for even trying to qualify and get rejected. I also liked it for the Paypal option, but have signed up for the Payoneer option which seems reasonable. Don't mind the .50 service fee to transfer money to the credit card, since they pay the .25 for rejected surveys. It's a WIN WIN situation. :-) :-)

#44 Clear Voice does not honor rewards, claims no respjen 2010-03-09 09:56
I redeemed $10 of rewards for an Amazon gift card in January. I received an email with the reward code the next day. However, when I tried to enter the code at Amazon I was told the code was invalid. I contacted Clear Voice immediately but got not response. I contacted them weekly for the next month. After the second week, I also contacted Amazon explaining the situation. They were able to tell me that the code was not valid for use and suggested I contact Clear Voice to resolve the situation. In my fourth email to Clear Voice I stated I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear back from them within the week. Needless to say, I did not hear back. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 2/4/10. BBB gave Clear Voice until 2/19/10 to respond. They had not responded by that date and a second letter was sent to Clear Voice. Today I received word that Clear Voice had responded to the BBB letter. This was their response: "The code provided to the panelest has been verified by amazon as having been an active code that we purchased. Once we send the codes out to members we can no longer track them on our end. I have confirmed with Amazon that the code was redeemed, but they cannot tell me who redeemed it to due to their privacy policy." So they are claiming to not be responsible in the least. This company is not upstanding, does not have the slightest level of customer service and business with it in any respect should be avoided.

Clear Voice may be legitimate and in fact, I have collected $20 on a card. I now have over $50 and suddenly my account says it is determined to be fraudulent and to contact them if I disagree. It's been two months and dozens of requests but no answers. Now I deem them to be conducting bad business practices. I've sent them an e-mail today and have given them 10 business days to resolve the issue and restore my account so that I may retrieve my money. If not, I'll be notifying the Federal trade commission and see what they can do.

The Better Business Bureau is the more relevant agency. I read elsewhere that contacting the BBB gets results with errant survey panels.

That's unusual about the Amazon Gift Card, because the gift code(that's what it really is, not a plastic card)is usually issued via email immediately.

I have been a member for over two years. Only problem I ever had was not being sure how many $$ amounts I had "pending" so I kept track by storing completes and screen out amounts on my computer. I have always been paid (only do Amazon...they IMMEDIATELY give you the code!!! They just launched the new website today and now you see your balance AS WELL AS THE PENDING BALANCE...NICE!! NOW YOU SEE RIGHT AWAY THAT A SURVEY YOU JUST COMPLETED HAS BEEN CREDITED TO THE "PENDING" BALANCE. I would not list these guys in my top ten survey companies but they do crack the top twenty. 4 out of five stars is my rating.

Just wanted to offer my experience. I've been a member for over a year now and have accumulated about $130 that I let build up in my account. When I tried to cash out with amazon last night it said they couldn't fulfill at this time, try again later. I shot off an email but continued trying hoping it was just a glitch that would be fixed. I did a search this morning to see if anybody else had problems and found my way here. I got really nervous after reading the comments but I decided to try again this morning. I'm extremely happy to report that I just got all my remaining money (because, yes, they did take out $30 from my expiring rewards without any notice) but am very relieved now. I just wanted to say that if you are having trouble redeeming and not getting responses just keep trying to redeem and hopeful it will go through as mine did. Good luck!

Clear Voice is a colossal waste of time, besides being a fraud. You spend 10-25 minutes of your time doing their surveys and just when you

Has anyone experienced this--when i typed www.clearvoicesurveys.com into yahoo search, a site called Clear Voice Surveys came up that said please verify your information..each time you click on this site, someone else's name and info came up--very scary!!! I emailed the company using the email they gave me and it came back as undeliverable!! ! Needless to say I cancelled my membership immediately but first I undid all the profiles I had done...i had trouble when I first joined the site and did not have a good feeling about them..I should have trusted my instincts....

 After months of emailing them and trying to find out why my account went from +5.30 to -.95 and all of my profiles went missing, I finally got an answer....not to my liking! It was all due to a system restructuring and my account was supposedly fixed. Only problem is, they got tired of the emails so they credited my account for 5.30 which then brought my amount up to 4.35 and did not recover my profiles. So where's the other .95 they still owe me? I did take my first survey with them today and found out now that if you do not qualify you're only credited with .10 and not the .25. I did fill out a form on Survey Polic to add them to their website since they're not listed there. This also makes me wonder about this company not being listed there. JUST BEWARE!

 They keep taking money out of my account, even though it is not a year. It started when I realized they took about 18.00 out of my account and didn't think I would notice. Now, I keep emailing them and they will NOT respond back to me. They just keep taking money out of my account. They say they have payoneer, buy they don't. It says pending approval and it will not accept it. Sounds like fraud to me.

I don't think Clear Voice is scam, since they did pay me. However, I don' like their "Term of Use" either - I don't remember any other survey companies have this kind of 12 month expiration term. :0

For me they are a scam. I unsubscribed. If cashout not reached rewards deleted 366 days. It's like going up a down escalator. Their terms indicate rewards deleted if not an active member. I participated in every survey I was offered & rewards deleted. I emailed them a few times, never received a response. You are at their mercy. All they have to do is wait until you are near payout & stop sending you surveys & then 366 days start deleting your rewards. Never had an experience like this with any other survey company. No payment for completed surveys. Have seen complaints about them on other survey sites. A disgrace, a scam.

#12 Balance was only 2 months oldkbennette200 2009-05-20 16:45
My account balance was not 12 months old. The $6.85 that I had in my account prior to the $1.50 was only accumulated since March 2009. March 2009 was the last time that I cashed out. Also, I've cashed out 5 times with them in the past year. $1.50 got missing from my account after they restructured their website. I haven't completed a survey for $1.50 with them. All surveys I've completed with them are $2 & $3 and I have them written down, and in an email folder called "Completed Surveys". I'm thinking these are money for the survey's that I didn't qualify for. Meaning, when I didn't qualify for a survey, they used to credit my account with $.25 cents, now it's $.10 cents. Either way, $1.50 is missing because my account balance is only $5.35 now.

Hi kbennette200, ClearVoice points expires after 12 months - it's on their Term of Service. I know it sucks! I think my points might decreased as well, but I am not sure so I can't contact them. Make sure you cash out as soon as you can.

Before clearvoicesurve ys.com restructured their website, my balance was $6.85. After they restructured their website, my account balance went down to $5.35. $1.50 is missing. I emailed them about it and never received a response. I contacted them twice by phone and they said the $1.50 will be added to my account. It's been amost one month since that last conversation and the $1.50 is still not addes back to my account. I have 4 surveys that aren't credited to my account balance yet. I'm wondering if the 4 surveys that have not been credited yet is also missing along with my $1.50.

#6 What\'s going on with ClearVoice?DIERIGJ 2009-05-20 07:37
 Over a month ago I emailed ClearVoice about my account, which suddenly showed a negative balance. I got an answer within days that they were reorganizing their website. Still a month has passed and no changes have been made to their website, nor has my account balance. Has anyone else checked their balances on this website lately?

Thanks,
John

I recieved a survey from them today. But I didnt qualify, in fact I have never qualified for their surveys. And now the minimum payout for not qualifying is $0.10. I will not make the $10 payout before my year is up. What kind of business is that. I just cancelled my account.

Thanks,

#3 Clearvoice a huge disappointment for meLeaf 2009-02-14 14:18
SURVEY TAKERS BE AWARE THAT CLEARVOICE DELETES CREDITS THAT ARE OVER 1 YEAR OLD. IF YOU HAVE CREDITS IN YOUR ACCOUNT THAT ARE OVER 1 YEAR OLD & YOU ARE UNABLE TO CASH OUT BECAUSE $10 PAYOUT NOT REACHED THOSE CREDITS WILL BE DELETED. READ THEIR RULES WHICH SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED ON THEIR MAIN PAGE BUT,YOU NEED TO CLICK "TERMS OF USE" AT BOTTOM OF MAIN PAGE... Terms of use states this applies if you have "not participated in further studies", I have participated and POINTS HAVE BEEN DELETED. I HAVE EMAILED THEM TWICE. NO RESPONSE. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I liked Clear Voice at first because they had an option to cash out via PayPal, although they charge a
$.50 processing fee ( so if you request to be paid $10 in paypal you actually receive $9.50). Now they removed paypal as an option so I am a little disappointed, however I can still choose Amazon GC as a reward.
