My Experience
Clear Voice Survey sends out surveys regularly, and pay from $1 - $10. I ususally receive 2 -3 surveys per month. Their surveys are generally interesting, and I like the fact that If I don't quality for a survey, I still get $0.10 for trying. I also have done an interactive survey that paid $15.00. I have cashed out a few times (Amazon gift certificates), and received payment fair quickly.

Overall, Clear Voice Survey is a pretty good survey panel, and I recommend it!

This company is a total waste of time and I refuse to answer any more surveys. I have been attempted a cash out since for over a year. When I requested a redemption April 2009, I never received anything. I sent numerous emails and finally in November 2009 I was told there had been an error and was finally credited back my money. I then submitted another redemption and have not received a dime, since November 2009. I have submitted numerous emails to no avail. I just got back up to $13 and submitted another redemption request and I am sure I will not receive a dime because it said the money would be credited to my Payoneer card, which I do not have. I am done with there waste of time surveys.

I've just cancelled Clear Voice Surveys after several years doing surveys....never knew about the yearly cutoff...so the little incremental reductions occasionally I didn't understand. This company is a total waste of time. Have spent hours...have received nothing
Lee  - Clear Voice is one of the worst   |2010-05-20 16:30:59
I agree Joe. I have been paid once. Then it took about a year to reach $10 again and I noticed that my rewards would remain on pending status for months. Each month I would lose more and more so I emailed them. They said lots of people successfully redeem their points and it only takes a couple of weeks to go from pending status. Last time I checked, I was down to $6 so they can just keep it. There are a hundreds of better companies out there.
Joe  - They are scammers   |2010-05-20 12:59:23

Do not sign up for this site. You will put time and energy into it and not get compensated. First, I did not know about their dumb "one year policy" so after being part of the site for over a year, I went to redeem my earnings (probably about $25 worth) and they were gone. Then, since I just went over the $10 threshold, I wanted to redeem right away as to not have the same problem and then they marked my account as fraudulent and canceled it without letting me redeem the $12 I had earned. After contacting them, they said there was nothing I could do and claimed I must have been dishonest while taking the surveys, which is completely false. Complete utter bullshit!!

Am having problems getting a Amazon gift code. This is the first time i have ever had a problem. Called Brian, he said to keep checking back cuz the codes are sort of in and out. He answered right away and was really nice but sounds like he is worn out from dealing with all the problems.
alnilam   |2010-05-07 12:11:04
I have been trying to redeem for amazon gift certificates for a few months my account is now up to 30 and going, I did call Brian last Monday and he said amazon would be up by the end of the week, well today is Friday and still no amazon, and after reading everything here it looks like I am unlikely to ever get anything from them, I will not use payoneer have heard way to many bad things concerning pay out from clear voice with payoneer, so now Im off to check out Survey Police and see if there is anything new there.

Thank you very much for your feedback Denise! I am so glad they resolved the issue for you! Clear Voice is a legitimate company, but they seem always have problems with their system, I really hope they can fix that ultimately.
Denise  - ClearVoice's Brian corrected all my issues   |2010-05-04 17:10:59
My account balance had gone to zero and my account got marked as fraudulent. After sending many emails and not receiving a reponse, I contacted Brian (contact info on this page). He reactivated my account, and deposited an adjustment into my account. Due to a SW glitch, my balance kept zeroing out after midnight. Brian worked diligently over a few weeks to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Contact him if you have an issue - he'll work with you to resolve it.

Same here. I called amazon and customer service said that clearvoice cancelled my amazon gc. Went into clearvoice, and my earnings are back into my account, but no amazon option. Still waiting on a response.

jb,

I'm curious why people let there accounts grow so large. I've seen the same complaints about other sites just like this. Once I hit a cash-out threshold, I take advantage of it, especially if it's a paypal or amazon certificate. I suppose I'm more of a pessimist when it comes to these sites than I am an optimist.

I have a account on Clearvoice with $ waiting but I have no been able to log in for a few weeks now. I have sent so many emails to them and nothing. I have not been contacted at all. Please help!
jb  - WTF?!   |2010-04-13 11:53:40
I have been paid several times but yesterday and today it is telling me I don't have an account. I had $120 in my account. I feel they just don't want to pay me so they are going to find some excuse to get rid of my account. I e-mailed them but have not heard anything.
John  - Gotta give some credit.....   |2010-04-08 05:40:44
I recently cashed out again using the Payoneer card. Got an email from them saying that the money had been transferred; however when I tried to apply it to my Payoneer card, found out that it had been terminated due to no activity and my $10.00 payment would have to go to the $9.95 reinstatement fee for a new card. BS!!!!
I asked them to return the money to Clearvoice. It was returned within 2 days time and I then opted for the Amazon cert., which was immediately sent and applied without problems. Just beware of the Payoneer as an option. Once is good, twice I would be cautious.
Anonymous   |2010-04-06 12:20:07
I have now gotten all the money from them that I had coming (80.00) I am still getting surveys and they move funds from pending in a matter of days. I was finally able to get the Amazon codes once they fixed the history so I can look at records beyond 1-22 of 112. So I am happy now. I just moved 10.00 that was moved from pending since this morning to my payoneer debit card. They send me more surveys than anyone. I even got one that paid 20.00. not bad at all.

I get several surveys from them every week and just did one today that paid $20.00. payoneer redemption seems to be working now. Lets see if it will be working when my money moves from "pending" and I am ready to cash out.
Anonymous  - FINALLY - But Not Quite!   |2010-03-17 08:55:42
They finally fixes whatever was wrong with the website and I was finally able to get my 20 bucks on my Payoneer card. I just took a 20.00 survey so I still have 28.00 pending. They emailed me and said the Amazon code is in my redemption history. Problem: I have 122 records and can only access records 1-4! So I cant see the code. I was given a number with the last response, so I will try and call it. At least I got something. I may need to write off the Amazon cash.

I get their verification my request for support was made. I have continued to get Inviatation to my new address so it wasn't like I fell of the map.

You must have them confused with Another Panel! They only offer $.10 on a survey that you are opted out of

I love Clear Voice! I make sure that when I get an survey invite, I do it right away. They get filled up right away. I love the .25 for even trying to qualify and get rejected. I also liked it for the Paypal option, but have signed up for the Payoneer option which seems reasonable. Don't mind the .50 service fee to transfer money to the credit card, since they pay the .25 for rejected surveys. It's a WIN WIN situation.
jen  - Clear Voice does not honor rewards, claims no resp   |2010-03-09 06:56:57
I redeemed $10 of rewards for an Amazon gift card in January. I received an email with the reward code the next day. However, when I tried to enter the code at Amazon I was told the code was invalid. I contacted Clear Voice immediately but got not response. I contacted them weekly for the next month. After the second week, I also contacted Amazon explaining the situation. They were able to tell me that the code was not valid for use and suggested I contact Clear Voice to resolve the situation. In my fourth email to Clear Voice I stated I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear back from them within the week. Needless to say, I did not hear back. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 2/4/10. BBB gave Clear Voice until 2/19/10 to respond. They had not responded by that date and a second letter was sent to Clear Voice. Today I received word that Clear Voice had responded to the BBB letter. This was their response: "The code provided to the panelest has been verified by amazon as having been an active code that we purchased. Once we send the codes out to members we can no longer track them on our end. I have confirmed with Amazon that the code was redeemed, but they cannot tell me who redeemed it to due to their privacy policy." So they are claiming to not be responsible in the least. This company is not upstanding, does not have the slightest level of customer service and business with it in any respect should be avoided.

APPLY FOR A NEW CARD AND I'VE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND TO NO AVAIL HAS SOMEONE GOTTEN BACK TO ME WITH A SOLUTION. ALSO THEY GIVE YOU NO NUMBERS TO CONTACT THEM AT ALL AND THEY ASK OF YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IS TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL AND THEY WILL REPLY BACK. I THINK NOT

Still have not gotten the Amazon "gift code" and still have not gotten the now 30.00 i have put on my payoneer card. 5 emails total and nothing yet they keep sending me more surveys. now that it finally allows me to select to redeem the payoneer cash sometimes and sometimes the times i selected it every day for over 2 weeks, nothing. fraud.

Clear Voice may be legitimate and in fact, I have collected $20 on a card. I now have over $50 and suddenly my account says it is determined to be fraudulent and to contact them if I disagree. It's been two months and dozens of requests but no answers. Now I deem them to be conducting bad business practices. I've sent them an e-mail today and have given them 10 business days to resolve the issue and restore my account so that I may retrieve my money. If not, I'll be notifying the Federal trade commission and see what they can do.

The Better Business Bureau is the more relevant agency. I read elsewhere that contacting the BBB gets results with errant survey panels.

That's unusual about the Amazon Gift Card, because the gift code(that's what it really is, not a plastic card)is usually issued via email immediately.

I have been a member for over two years. Only problem I ever had was not being sure how many $$ amounts I had "pending" so I kept track by storing completes and screen out amounts on my computer. I have always been paid (only do Amazon...they IMMEDIATELY give you the code!!! They just launched the new website today and now you see your balance AS WELL AS THE PENDING BALANCE...NICE!! NOW YOU SEE RIGHT AWAY THAT A SURVEY YOU JUST COMPLETED HAS BEEN CREDITED TO THE "PENDING" BALANCE. I would not list these guys in my top ten survey companies but they do crack the top twenty. 4 out of five stars is my rating.

I have many similar complaints, but Clearvoice was responsible for my biggest single payout this year. They sent out a screener for a 2-week long project with another market research group - that project paid me $225. So in effect, they were the recruiter for another panel.

Kristen S   |2009-11-12 08:09:50
Just wanted to offer my experience. I've been a member for over a year now and have accumulated about $130 that I let build up in my account. When I tried to cash out with amazon last night it said they couldn't fulfill at this time, try again later. I shot off an email but continued trying hoping it was just a glitch that would be fixed. I did a search this morning to see if anybody else had problems and found my way here. I got really nervous after reading the comments but I decided to try again this morning. I'm extremely happy to report that I just got all my remaining money (because, yes, they did take out $30 from my expiring rewards without any notice) but am very relieved now. I just wanted to say that if you are having trouble redeeming and not getting responses just keep trying to redeem and hopeful it will go through as mine did. Good luck!
