E-Rewards
(29 votes, average: 3.59 out of 5)
MySurvey123 rating:

E-Rewards send out lot of surveys, and you earn E-reward currency for completing surveys, and e-reward currency rack up pretty fast.

You can use E-Rewards currency towards prize, most prizes are discount for purchasing products and/or service. The prize are not all that good, and usually you can only use them once a year. If you travel a lot, the prizes could be handy since you can redeem E-Rewards currency towards airline and hotel frequently fly-er points etc. I usually redeem my E-Rewards currency for Blockbuster movies.

Due to the limitation of their prize selection, I usually stop taking their surveys after I have redeemed all the prizes that I want. But again, if you travel lot, you might find E-Rewards is a pretty good fit.

How to Join E-Rewards? - Here is from E-Rewards Website:

"How do I join e-Rewards? toggle Joining e-Rewards is FREE and by invitation only. Our Sponsors send invitations to their customers to join the program. If you have provided your e-mail address to one of our Sponsor companies, you could receive an invitation to join e-Rewards."

In other words, you need to sign up with one of E-Rewards' sponsors (such as blockbuster which I signed up with), the sponsors will send you an invitation to join E-Rewards.

I've been a member of eRewards for a few years, so long I can't remember how I first got invited. Considering all the travel I do, it was probably through Hilton or United.

You receive eRewards currency for each survey you click on, fill out, etc. Since you won't always qualify for each survey, you will still get some sort of reward just for clicking on the survey and giving it a shot. For completing whole surveys, you get typically $1 - $10 in eRewards currency. For just clicking through a link and filling in your general information but not qualifying for the type of person they need for that survey, you get $0.05 - $1.00.

The Rewards are fairly priced. (You spend your eRewards currency for Rewards.) Magazine subscriptions are in the $10 range, Starbucks gift cards in the $75 range. I read both the Economist and the Wall Street Journal and I haven't paid for a subscription in years because I buy them with my eRewards currency. I don't think you're technically supposed to be able to get the same reward over and over, but I keep re-uping every 148 issues.

It's well worth the time for me, but don't expect to get paid in hard cash.

If your looking for spendable money, this site is not for you. While their surveys have higher payouts, 95% of the rewards are in the form of "x" dollars off a purchase of "y" amount.

The few rewards they did add in the form of gift cards, $75 in rewards gets you a $25 gift card.

#35 Reward pts. - Use them or lose themJO 2011-03-01 05:47
E-Rewards are great for magazine subscriptions for yourself or as gifts. I've gotten Muscle and Fitness and Shape magazine for a few years with my e-rewards pts. You cash in your pts for Hilton Honors pts, or for $25 off of flowers. The only thing you need to be aware of is that there is a date when some of your points will expire. Usually on the anniversary of your signing up. I've had them expire before, but they reinstated them when I wrote asking why I'd lost them. This happens when you just respond to the e-mail invitations and don't go onto the website often enough to keep track of the expiration date.

Ive been a member for about 4 years. With your ereward dollars you cant get cash or amazon GC. The majority of rewards are magazine subscriptions (maxium etc), discount coupons or airline mileage. The had Macys and Target for about a year but they canceled them, which was a shame. I mainly redeem my dollars for the $15 on your borders card or the 6 free blockbuster rentals (1 a month for 6 months) or 3 video game rentals (You can only redeem those once a calendar year). Anyways, the surveys are easy and if they happen to have a reward you like its worth it. Otherwise I'd say join MYPOINTS or SURVEYSPOT.

E-rewards are great! I have received mnay rewards very timely! I have gotten 3 or 4 American Eagle gift cards and 5 or more magazine subscriptions as well! Definitely worth the 30 mins or so a survey to get something for basically free for a stay at home mom. I take surveys now and get gift cards for my babysitters! It is great!!

The invitation can only come from one of the sponsor companies. Members can not send invites.
Visit E-reward's site:http://www.e-rewards.com/welcome.do?ln=en&cc=US
and there'll be a scrolling list of sponsors at the bottom. So for example if you fly alot, visit Delta or U.S. Airways website and join their loyalty program or Borders Books if you like to read, or Upromise if you're saving for college for the kids etc. At some point, they will send you an E-Rewards invitation to earn miles, Gift certificates, etc.

I got invited to E-Rewards by Upromise and Hilton rewards. I signed up at Upromise in order to save money for college and don't remember about Hilton. Each sponsor has their own incentives. They aren't the best. Upromise E-rewards has a $100 cash out level for which you get $50 so basically each dollar reward is 1/2 of what you'll get. I've cashed out once and have around $80 in my account. Hilton E-rewards are hotel and miles rewards and include GC with a minimum purchase, like $25 off when you spend $75 at retailer X.

Beware of employees from these companies posting glowing comments about how much you can earn in a very short time. The truth is: If you live long enough to collect enough e-Rewards dollars, you might be able to redeem them for something worthwhile. Chances are you won't live long enough to do that. Pass this one by!

Wow I am IN LOVE with eRewards! If only they ALL were this good I'd be sitting pretty by now lol.

I got an invite this morning offering 4.00 for a survey for what turned out to be about ice cream. I was accepted, finished but once I was done I got a special notice offering me to be on a brand new panel about ice cream.

Its called 'In the scoop' and its put on by Blue Bunny ice cream company.

I accepted. What I have to do and what I can earn are as follows:
I have to do the weekly posted activities- like this weeks activities were to create an avatar, post in the intro thread, and lastly upload a pic of me or my family or my friends somehow eating ice cream.

What I earn is based on my completion of activities will be up to 17.00 Amazon e-certs monthly!

Holy cripes, I can do that lol!

Anyways, like I said, I really really like eRewards.

I already successfully and quickly earned up to a 25 dollar reward just last month and I'm already back up to 34.00 again. I'm saving up this time to get a 50.00 e-cert to EBags....

I suggest everyone try to join up to frequent flyer programs then log to that site and accept newsletters. Mine was Delta. Also another friend told me he hooked in through BlockBuster, since they are one of the reward partners.

But if you luck into an invite TAKE IT and don't look back..

Hi Lauri,

Thanks for the information. Sorry it's been a while and I visited the site again, here is how you join eRewards:

"1. How do I join e-Rewards? Joining e-Rewards is FREE and by invitation only. Our Sponsors send invitations to their customers to join the program. If you have provided your e-mail address to one of our Sponsor companies, you could receive an invitation to join e-Rewards."

I couldn't remember but I think I provide my email to BlockBuster, and then I got a invitation to join e-Rewards.
