UPDATE: Greenfield Online Mergered with Toluna at early 2010. Compensation/Rewards Greenfield Online rewards members cash (via Paypal) and/or sweepstakes entries for taking online surveys. Greenfield Online offers members cash rewards and sweepstakes entries for taking their surveys. You can request payment from their website after login your account, and they pay via check or Paypal. I have cashed out by Paypal twice and it takes about 2 - 4 weeks to receive payment. There is NO minimum cash-out requirement. Age Requirement: At least 13 years old to join Greenfield Online Panel Open to Countries: United States, Canada My Experience: I joined Greenfield panel around November 2004. At that time I have to say I was not happy with them - it seemed all the surveys are just for sweepstakes and I didn't get credit for the cash surveys I took! I was angry like lot of others and almost gave up on them. However, starting March 2005, I noticed improvement of Greenfield, and they were getting better and better! Since then, I have not experienced any problems with Greenfield in terms getting paid. Many of them surveys from Greenfield Online just offer sweepstakes entries, but Greenfield Online does have many cash surveys, and they also have more online focus groups/interactive surveys that pay much more than regular paid surveys. For me, besides cash surveys, I have had the opportunities to do their online focus groups/interactive paid surveys almost at least a few times a year. Greenfield started offering Payapl options last year late 2007. Since then I have cashed out a few times and I have received my cash payment via Paypal within about 2 - 4 weeks. Overall, Greenfield Online is a great online paid survey panel, and I definitely recommend them!! I just received a cash survey from Greenfield for $1.00 (25 minutes), I decide to skip it. In the email, it says:
Survey On: Consumer topics
Reward: $1.00 Greenfield Online
Length: 25 Minutes (Approx.)
Survey Number: 1070835-US-AUG1
Well, I notice that sometimes they send surveys and not telling you specifically what the rewards are (the ones give you step 1, 2 3..) - for those and any that not clear about rewards, I would not do them. I assume as long as you stay on their panel, you will get cash surveys some day.

Sorry to hear you have trouble with Greenfield.. I did have good luck with them maybe because of my demographic. (I already lowered my rating for them from 5 to 4 star).
Have you ever received cash surveys from Greenfield? I only do their cash surveys long time ago and sometimes the very short ones (since those could be screeners for interactive surveys which pay around $20 at least..) At the beginning I did a lot of sweepstatkes for them as well..but not anymore.
I can't understand why you'd rank this as high as you did. Greenfield  is horrible for the amount of time invested and number of surveys to complete in order to win. I've done over 35 surveys with them like a fool and nothing in return but a bunch of sweepstakes. The ROI is dismal but I guess you must have the inside track with them. Otherwise, I like your site and keep up the good work.
Peace,
Moe
