 SayNation Survey Panel is a very good paid survey site. They have many surveys, and their surveys are short, easy and interesting. You earn points for every survey, and points are redeemable for cash (via Paypal), amazon gift cerfiticates and prizes. I have redeembed amazon gift certificates a coule of times and I received my rewards (they emails me the amazon gift codes) in 3 days.
SayNation is also a fantastic survey sites for teens. They actually have a teens panel for teens 13 years and older.
SayNation has a referral program, if you refer a friend, both you and your friend get 1200 point when your friend complete registration and take the first survey.

. Now I know they truly will give you a reply finally. 
On the front page of this Site you say by using your referral code it helps us both out,meaning we both get 1200 points..I did signup using your referral code...But going to the referral section and reading..You are the only one getting the 1200 points??Is this the only way you have to get people coaxed into signing up under you?!
