The link doesn't work..but either way is this legal? Or at least would it be bad if I sold some notes and my college found out? It kind of makes me nervous...

Its legal, but whether its moral or not I guess would depend on the philosophy your school.

My school happens to be very BIG on collaboration with others, so while tests are taken alone, note sharing is common practice and endorsed by teachers and administration.
