I do want to point out though that although not technicaly a paid survey site, Bzzzagent does sometimes ask you to pay a small portion of a product you will be testing. I know this is NOT a Paid Survey site, but its one that most folks sign up for. and its MUCH better than PTC or PTR IMO. at least you do get free stuff, and points to redeem. Popular Science in August 09 issue recommended them as a way to make money in these hard times. So I belived everything they said and provided all my info used real name as i wanted to be able to cash the Checks, was not sure if using a alias would work when I took checks to bank to cash. Oh, and I was getting a creepy feeling when they asked me to sighn up for BLOCKBUSTER and to stay with them for 20 days minimum and if I like them to stay as a paying member. And they offered me too little money to make it worth all the hastle it was $20 bucks, but that gives the my credit card info and I subtract the subscrption price. One has to be seriously demented to do this survey. And now thanks to you Gods Angels hear, I am 100% sure its a SCAM. And Popular Science a Legit Magazine should be held accountable for this. I am thinking about calling the Magazine to let them know how much of my time they wasted, and that they got my identity and private info into the hands of a SCAM company.
