Loading ... Loading ... MyPoints_logo.jpgMyPoints is a “all-in-one” site. At Mypoints, you get paid to take surveys (daily surveys), read/click emails/ads, shop and sign up offers. Their paid surveys generally worth 60 points and up, if you disqualify for the surveys, you still get 10 points for trying. You also get rewarded 5 points for clicking/reading paid emails. MyPoints also rewards members for signing up for free offers or paid offers and shopping at major propular online stores.

You can request pay out once you have 1500 points in your account, which doesn’t take long to get there. Points are redeemable for gift cards at lot of popular stores. I have cashed out gift cards (mostly wal-mart gift cards) many times and they pay really really fast.

MyPoints send paid emails and paid surveys to your email box, you can click the emails right in your email (you don’t have to login to your MyPoints account to read emails there). I usually just do surveys and paid emails. Even their surveys don’t pay too much, but their paid emails are high paying (compare to other paid to read sites) and easy to do (just one click and no need to wait for 30 seconds). Many of the surveys you still get 10 points if you disqualify so it’s better than nothing.

Overall MyPoints is great site and I recommend it!

Update – I receive 15-20 click e-mails a week. And I receive 7-11 surveys a month and qualify for 1-3 of them. I haven’t had any problems with them. They are in my personal top 12 best paying companies!

Just a heads up, mypoints has been cancelling a lot of accounts without warning. They recently cancelled mine with no warning and no explanation. I emailed them 3 times and they will only reply with a form email. I had close to 3000 points and they are GONE! After it happened, I googled closed mypoints account and found that it is happening to a lot of people. It seems like they are claiming people have violated terms of service but conveniently refusing to say what they have done. It also seems like 3000 points is the “magic number” for getting your account cancelled. Some complaints I found suggested that the bad economy may have hurt them and they need to re-coup some $$$! Beware Mypoints!

You do get 5 points for clicking on the e-mails. I receive 1-2 surveys a week, but I havent qualified yet. I havent signed up for any free/paid offers and I havent had any problems with them.

:-? : What is a paid e-mail? I’ve been reading all of your information and am seriously considering doing the surveys.

Do you need to report any money you get from surveys — do you get a 1099 from those that pay by check or PayPal?

I also work full time and would only be able to do this in the evenings? Will I be missing out if I don’t respond quick enough?

I want to let you know that you have answered just about ALL of my questions on your website.
