Survey U is a survey panel just for college and high school students. Panel members get paid for their opinion on products and service.
Who can join Survey U?
To join Survey U, you need to have a school (.edu) email address. to take their surveys. If you join SurveyU, you will contribute your opinions to research on the issues and products that affect and interest you. The results of this research will steer the development of products and services, influence the political process, and shape the world you live in.
Survey U Rewards
Survey U your participation with points. You can choose to convert these points into gift certificates or cash (Paypal). Once you reach 150 points, you can start redeeming them for goods or cash.
Please note: I don’t belong to this panel (I do NOT meet their requirement of being a college/HS student) , and I can’t rate it. However, it seems a great paid survey site for college students.
Another Note: Please do not join Survey U if you you are not a college/HS student. A few bucks really doesn’t worth the “sacrifice” of somebody’s honesty and integrity.
Shutting down
Following is from SurveyU websites:
Your opinions have helped shape a lot of the brands, products, and media that you use every day. However, all good things must come to an end, and SurveyU will be shutting down on December 31, 2020. Please redeem all of your rewards before January 1, 2021 to avoid losing them.
Our use of our own panel has been impacted by the implementation of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which took effect on January 1, 2020. Laws intended for banks, retailers and social media platforms are being applied to the market research industry.
Unable to afford compliance with these new requirements, we have no choice but to cease panel operations. You may not be a California resident, but we are unable to identify who is in California and who is not with 100% accuracy. The penalties for non-compliance are so severe that we would go out of business if we transgressed them, even accidentally.

🙂 They’re a legit site. But the only problem with them is that they rarely send any surveys. It is really easy to make 5 bucks. Maybe 1 survey every month or 2.
