Zoom Panel Review - take surveys for rewardsZoomPanel is a online paid survey panel where panel members (ZoomPanelists) share their opinions and insights about companies’ products and services by participating in market research studies. ZoomPanel is powered by MarketTools, the defining provider of on-demand market research.

Age Requirement
Could not find specific information on ZoomPanel website. I would assume it is 18 and older.

Open to Countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and France.

Other Notes
According to the Zoompanel’s Term of Service (TOS):

“ZoomPanel reserves the right to terminate or disable, and cancel unredeemed Points in, ZoomPanel accounts that are inactive for a period of three (3) consecutive months. “Inactive” shall be defined by ZoomPanel in its sole discretion from time to time, and shall include, but not be limited to, clicking on a survey invitation link, or participation in a survey.”

My Zoom Panel Review and Experience
Zoom Panel sends me many surveys through email. I generally receive at least 2-3 surveys per week and surveys usually offer 75 – 300 zoom points. Most of their surveys take 12 -20 minutes to complete, and easy to do, some are quite enjoyable. They also have many product testing surveys, and I have tested quite a few for them.

Since they have lot of survey opportunities, ZoomPoints adds up pretty quickly. I do wish surveys pay more (more zoompoints) though.

On the reward catalog, there are many great merchandise/prize I like, and I have redeemed my points many times, most small items (since I like redeem as soon I have enough zoompoints), and the rewards have always arrived pretty fast.

I have heard Zoompanel also has high paying paid surveys and focus groups opportunities that pay cash, but I never done them myself. I have received those invitations just never qualified.

Overall I think ZoomPanel is a good paid survey panel, it offers members many surveys especially product testing opportunities. I recommend Zoompanel!

Zoom Panel Update:
Zoom Panel is no longer in operation.

  2. I checked my zoompanel points today, and just realized that you get 5 points even if you don’t qualify for a survey. That’s really nice.

Also I have been receiving so many surveys from them but don’t have time to do those. Seems to me Zoompanel I used to like is back!

I used to like them since they have many product testing surveys!

  3. I have been trying to access my points for over six weeks and cannot do so. I have emailed customer service with no results. They did send me a survey to rate their response to my problem, which they had never responded to. I continue to receive surveys but cannot access my rewards or receive any feedback. I’m starting to think they are scamming me.

    • I think this panel is no longer active. I can’t access my account point information, and no surveys invites for a long time. I removed them from my survey lists a while ago. Too bad they used to be a good survey panel and had lot of surveys including product tests.

    • Okay, I re-signed up with Zoompanel, and received the welcome email..and it looks fine, expect I can’t see any rewards maybe because I have no points yet. Not sure what happened to my old account, maybe they de-active it. Anyway will keep updates on my new account.

  4. This site is heavy on the useless points. You have to save up a bunch for cheap junk. Saving up is a real hassle.

According to their terms, they withhold the right to wipe out points that are 3+ months old.

  5. Where have the gift vouchers gone, nothing left but a load of items I don’t need or want, what a disappointment after spending all that time doing the surveys. Totally agree with the comments that they dont get in back with you – not a good way to run a business.

  6. Update – I receive 3-6 surveys a week and qualify for 0-1 surveys a month. Not as good for me as it was in 2010 in the terms of qualifying for surveys. I haven’t had any problems with them.

  7.
I’ve been a member of Zoompanel for many years and have completed tons of surveys for them. I’ve earned a good # of points and have had no problem in the past redeeming them. But recently I can’t login to see how many points I have remaining. I haven’t been inactive – sure I don’t EVERY survey sent to me, but I do keep up within their terms. Everytime I try to login it tells me to check my email for my first survey (which was years ago). I’m getting no response from their customer service team and don’t know what else to do. I earned those points, I think I have the right to redeem for a prize, but am frustrated and not sure how else I can get in touch with them.
This same thing happened to me, except i accidentally canceled my account. I didnt realize it for a couple of months. I wrote to them about it and they opened my account back up. But they left me with no points. I then wrote to them about that and they gave me all of my points back. ๐Ÿ˜† I had a little over 2000. Just keep writing them and see what happens. Good luck.

  9. I tried joining and after two weeks I realized that the company was a complete waste of my time. Nobody responds to emails. Stay away from this company, they will rip you off and you’ll be posting here complaining about it.

  10. ๐Ÿ™ Everytime I sign in to zoompanel, there is usually a survey waiting for me so I take it and all it is is one of those mini poll surveys, I guess thats what they are called. Anyway, I never get my points for them and most of the time I don’t get my points for the surveys they send me.
I just contacted zoompanel because I didn’t get my 75 points for taking and qualifying for a survey and when I got a responce back from them they only gave me 50 points.
what is that about? I am really getting tired of not receiving the points that I have earn. They are getting worse
I have been with them for 4 years and you would think that they would get better with time.

  11. I have been doing surveys for Zoompanel for about three years. I have never had any problems with them. On two different occasions I did turn my points for merchandise. Once for an MP3 Player and the other time was for a hand mixer. I usually get anywhere from 2 to 5 invites a week, and qualify for at least 2 out of five. I have done several product tests. Maybe like 3 a year. I currently have almost 10,000 points. I have just been saving them up. When you do turn your points in, for merchandise, It was three days for me to receive my item. I really am very satisfied with Zoompanel. I am really surprised with the problems others have had. I can’t say one thing bad about them.

  12. Update – I still receive 3-5 surveys a week and qualify for 1-3 a month. I still havent done any product tests or focus groups and they still dont have cash outs or GC’s. Their a little better now on what they offer for points. You can get 2 AMC tickets for 2000 points. They seem to have a lot more magazine subscriptions now.

  13. I just checked Zoom’s site and most of the prizes are gone. It could be site maintenance or a glitch but just a heads up to those with unredeemed points.
They haven’t responded to me as to why they closed my account and took all my points. Luckily, my son got his cd he ordered but he hasn’t been getting the 5 consolation points credited to his account when he doesn’t qualify.

  14. I guess they don’t want my opinion. I had about 2500-3000 points. My last survey was April 2nd. I tried to log in on April 11th and it said my account was inactive. I tried to reactivate but it said to contact cs. I got an auto-generated message each time that someone would respond within 24 hours. I’ve submitted 3 help tickets since 4/11 but no response. My 18 yr old has an account and just ordered a cd about a week ago. He’s very excited to get it so I hope they follow through and ship it.

  15. Like so many survey companies, Zoompanel starts out good and slowly turns sour. They don’t tell you up front how many points you will earn if you complete the survey. It takes too many points to redeem for something worthwhile. Their customer service is outsourced to India and it takes forever to get a response, which is usually some lame template b.s. and doesn’t resolve your issue.

    I qualify for 2-4 surveys a month.
You do get 5 points if you dont qualify.
I havent done any product tests or focus groups.
    They dont have GC’s. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
They dont have anything I like to redeem my points with.
For 4 straight months, each month my invites have decreased.
I havent had any problems with them.

  17. I have to say that they really have nothing good to buy with your points unless you have a lot of them.It has taken me a few months to get up to 1000 points which is the lowest you need and i can’t find anything worth buying.I really don’t like survey sites like this that don’t allow to change in for cash.It says in your review gift cards but i can’t seem to find any of them either which would be nice.
