Ok let me start out by sauing no I do not work for any survey companies. Surveyhead is not all that bad, but it is by no means the best. First off they take forever to approve your serveys. I still have some from a year ago I have never got credit for. Also it takes forever to get paid once you request a payment. It takes on average 4 weeks to get approved, and 4 weeks after approval to get paid. There are much better and faster survey sites. My top 3 are Opinion Outpost, Toluna, and My Survey. They pay out fast and have tons of daily surveys. I usually take surveys all year then cash out in October and use the money for Christmas. SurveySpot is the quickest to pay out, but has really low paying surveys. When you cash out with them the money is in your paypal account in seconds. Mysurvey.com usually takes about 10 days, and offers a lot of surveys. Opinion Outpost, and Toluna offer payment by check, and take about a week or two. Also Dollar surveys is pretty good. I have time to do these because I run my own business, and am behind the computer all day

:silly: In case anyone is thinking of signing up with Surveyhead and wondering if they are, in fact, legit, I say go ahead..they are legit. I've been taking surveys with them for about three months now and have "cashed out" twice; the first time I chose an Amazon certificate and several days ago I chose to receive $$ in my Paypal. That having been said I'd like to voice one complaint; I believe the chances of being selected for any given survey are based largely on one's age. And I believe most companies are looking for the 25 to 35 year old demographic, and especially people of that age range who have children. One takes a mini "pre survey" to see if one qualifies and when I state that this ole' granny is 65 with no young kids at home, poof..I'm disqualified! In fact, for every survey I've been approved for, I've been disquaified for at least ten! So there you have it, taking surveys is just something fun to do and can earn you a few bucks, but it ain't gonna make anybody rich..especially if you're "of a certain age"!

this is one of the best survey sites online. All those complaining about payments, have no patients. I'm sure they have THOUSANDS of PANELIST to pay everyday and you know what COMPLAINERS, PEOPLE sort thru, verify,and send payments. NOT A COMPUTER! No i don't work for surveyhead, I am a LARDASS panelist on SSI just like most of you, but atleast I am greatful to earn extra non-taxable income and put in a paypal acct so none of my meager little benefits are affected. I have been with them for a yr now and have made over $500. I try to keep it at $45 a month in surveys so as to not have to claim it on taxes. Sometimes payments are longer than they should be, but I ALWAYS GET PAID. I completely trust them and they have always paid, no matter how late. Tell me of any other sites that pay you an average of $3-$8 an hour for surveys. They have spoiled me, I refuse any survey from any panel that doesn't pay me at least $3 an average, and most of the time I will skip those and only take $4 an and up. So those of you who want to complain about payments, go ahead and quit surveyhead and keep to you petty little .50 cents per survey panel. That just leaves more high paying surveys for me.

first scammers are you when you promise to pay people for their time. I've already completed surveys for more than $ 150, cashed out $ 83.50 starting on Jan 22nd and still none of your employees or you bother to pay me or respond one of the many emails I've sent. This is a shame. I used to like your site, but after all the efforts you make to ignore the payments you promise and people who make your business work, I really think you've been abusing my time. Don't accuse others when this informations is coming right out from your site and then, when it's your turn to pay, you just vanish. Show some decency and start paying people for what they do for you and your company.

I have been doing surveys with your company for months and finally when i get to the cashout status theres a problem. I still have several surveys dated back to 2009 thats still waiting to enter the earned status. I cashed out 1/23/10 and still have not received my money thats due to me.

Ive been a member for about a year I guess. Well Took Many Many Surveys for them. Seems at Times Complete a Whole survey just to get to the end after 45min to an hour only to be told I don't qualifier or Quotas has been reached. Now Come on Now A person knows if they are screening questions or the actual survey, which ever No credit for Several Surveys like this. Next up I Managed to get up enough to cash out at 37 dollars they processed this pretty quickly changed from requested to confirmed and even managed to get the payment in papal a couple days after that. Now the nightmare begins.....I waited and waited before I decided to do a cash out again because I thought they were legit, and just to get a bigger payment at once. Well Came to day I decided it was that time, maybe completed about 4 or 5 months of surveys in account. Cash-out amount was about $90 dollars. Requested Cash-out, Mind you last time that my request to cash-out was confirmed within less than a week. Lightning fast there it was in my papal account. this time 4 weeks has come and gone, emailed support they emailed me back and apologized for the inconvenience of it being the holidays and that their system had something wrong with it and would receive my payment by the end of that week. Week came and gone till 2 weeks later e-mailed again wanting my $90 dollars for my time and effort. Sent email back saying that it rejected due to irregularities in the account and not abiding by terms and conditions. Mind you I have not opened any other account and always been truthful and legit with them. They Took the money and was even nice enough to leave the account opened so they can take it again. Fun Right 6 months of surveys saved to cash-out just to see that the cheap F**ks don't Pay. STAY AWAY THEY WELL GET YOU. To CHEAP TO PAY MEMBERS FOR THEIR TIME.

when signing up for survey head , what are all of the other offers that you have to say yes or no to? did this happen for other people??

I registered 3 or 4 days ago at surveyhead. Until now they have not activated my account. I have no email filters. Twice I have clicked on the link from the dashboard for activation. Nothing! I've sent them an email. NO answer :evil:
More than that: I've registered at focusonlinesurv eys and the dashboard is the same... And they have the offered emails in double. If you don'qualify for the first, the second desapear, too. Have you met this situation :-?:

I have found it is hard to qualify and have spent a lot of time completing the pre-qualifying questions only to be told I didn't qualify....but I kept trying. I'm now at the $23 threshold and I have about 15 "pending" surveys which will not convert to "completed". I realize this process takes ~4 weeks, but some have been sitting there for 2 months. However, I have recently noticed that I will spend 10-15 minutes on a survey, answering pages and pages of specific product questions (some up to the very last question) and then I recieve the "you don't qualify" or "we've reached our necessary number of participants" error. I feel they are getting my answers without having to pay and I was very frusterated with the time I wasted. I sent a note of concern to their Customer Service Department and one of their "Managers" wrote me a NASTY message back. Since then, I've received NO survey opportunities. Seems weird that I would be sent 4-5 per day and now I receive 0 over a period of many days. I'm sure they have some way to block you. I'm just hoping some of my other surveys convert and can cash out soon, but it sounds like I may have issues getting my cash based on other responses. I would advise not wasting your time!! It isn't worth it, even if you actually get your money. I've spent about 30 hours trying to get $25 and all I have so far is a headache!

I joined Survey Head on 11/14/09 and by 6/9/09 I had earned $25. I cashed out and received my money in my PayPal account on 6/30/09. All in all I'm very happy with Survey Head. I receive a lot of surveys and usually qualify for 1 out of 3.

:whistle: I earned over $80, and its been under a month!! I cashed out when I was at $73 & received it. Cant wait to reach $25 again.

I had the "cashout button" issue for 3 days, then I tracked down their office info, and spk w/Josh of Customer Support. He indicated they knew about the tech issue-and blamed it on Java incompatabilty. Josh hand processed the cashout, then told me about the "every two week" payouts. I will wait until next Friday (appx date) then post a resolution!

I cashed out the 3rd time on 1/21/09 and I just received payment today, so Surveyhead is getting better.

I joined Survey Head months ago and CAN'T STAND THEM!! I contacted what I thought was goZing, but it is greenfield. Wrote emails about pending payments, going on 3 months now and nothing. I got a response yesterday that had NOTHING to do with what I was talking about and actually tried to blame me!!! I think they are a scam, just check out Survey Police and all can see. I am pursuing this because I want my money and to get out!!!

Well, I am happy to say that Surveyhead finally paid me the reward incentive just today. I cashed out on November 11 though. Maybe they are just having some problems, as they are starting survey company.

I signed up with them months ago, took several months for the Surveys to be approved, when I finally went to cash out, said it would take several weeks, It has been over a month, I would suggest to everyone to avoid this site and tell others the same, as I have not heard of one person actually receiving any money from them so far.

after a month and a half waiting for my payment of 26.00 they just told me that the paymant got rejected!!!!...they sis not even send me an email telleing me why?!?!?!?

I am a member of many survey sites and have had great rewards with them, but this site is the first one with such a terrible outcome. I joined around August, and obviously, it took me months to earn $25. Finally, in the beginning of November, I did. Now, when I cashed out the text was to wait up to two weeks to ‘verify’ my request is valid. Well, it has been a month now and nothing. It is a shame that I put in so much time and effort for this company to make money off me and I am not the only person with this outcome.

Okay, this sounds just like the same old GoZing.

I was into the surveys early enough that I was a member of GoZing. They were late on payments all the time, I mean VERY late. Back then they pay survey by survey, I remember for some surveys I got paid after 3, 4 or even 6 months. HOWEVER, in all fairness, I got paid eventually, for EVERY SURVEY I did. Even after Greenfield bought them, I still got a few Paypal payments from GoZing which was a surprise.

Anyway, my advice is give them a little more time and be patient. But I already got two gals/guys sent me their email logins, and I am going to forward to SurveyHead. Hope to get a reply.

Surveyhead.com is another survey site that promises to award you for doing OTX surveys. They do offer other surveys but very rarely will you get a survey not from OTX. OTX only allows you to take one survey per day. They can be hard to qualify for but I manage to finish at least one a day. Each survey you take is worth one dollar. Minimum payout is twenty five dollars. I felt it was worth the time spent because I was just on my laptop watching television anyway. That is time well spent if I had gotten paid for it. That is the problem with Surveyhead. You reach minimum payout and you never get paid.

I made sure my paypal account information was correct before I cashed out. I know that is a common mistake a lot of people make. I first contacted Surveyhead with high hopes this would be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, the folks over at Surveyhead never bothered to contact me. This was about two weeks after I cashed out. I waited another week to contact them and again no reply. Two months had passed and I knew Surveyhead was a scam. I contacted them again anyway. I told them I was not happy with their service and as you would expect no reply. I vowed never to trust a survey site that doesn’t allow you to contact them by phone. Anyone can set up an email address and ignore you. Having a phone number makes it very tough for a website to ignore its customers.

Surveyhead is in a long list of survey sites that want you to take surveys and earn money for them but they don’t want to pay their customers. I would recommend not joining Surveyhead.

Sorry you have trouble qualifying for their surveys.. I only qualified for one survey so far ($1.00)..Their surveys are mostly from OTX (Just like the former GoZing), which are kind of hard to qualify...but I have been paid by GoZing many many times, and I know they are legit.. Just be patient you will get one soonor or later.
