| Viva Research - Scam |

I also signed up with Viva Research long ago, since they sound like a paid survey site. (Viva Research and Panda Research are two of those websites that you have to join their panels yourself to find out the truth) However, immediately after logging into to my account, I found out that Viva Research works pretty much like Panda Research (also call themselves research?!) - their so called paid surveys are actually paid offers - what a big scam! They are NOT a marketing research or paid survey company at all! I also did some research on Viva Research and had heard lot of complains against them not paying/crediting members. My advice: Do NOT waste your time with Viva Research and STAY AWAY! If you are looking for legitimate paid survey sites that are free to join and pay, please check out our Free Lists of Legit Paid Survey Sites. |

Sorry you have to deal with this cr@p. Hope you get your money and walk away!
I had $175 out in surveys and was out $62 dollars on expenses, not to mention my time chasing them down. After persistently emailing them daily for 30 days I finally got some of them approved and promptly requested payment ($127) while I worked on the others. Of course I had to pester them about my payment for a few weeks but finally received it via PayPal.
Then, after finally getting the others approved, they wouldnt release my payment of $48 because it was under the $50 limit needed to request payment. So, here we go again....now I have to argue and chase them down to get my final payment of $48.
According to my lawyer, if enough people complain via forums we may be able to have a class action lawsuit. Of course, their "Terms and Conditions" require arbitration but I for one would be happy to take my tenacious nature and time to put these scammers out of business!!!
Yes that's a problem of those GPT sites - some (most) of those free survey offers are scams or spam sites. I did some of those free "survey" sites sign up offers, but used one of the disposable email address.
Thanks for your feedback and comment on Viva Research. I totally agree with you Viva is a scam - they don't have surveys and they are NOT a paid survey company. And they are not honest about their paid offers either, so people end of spending money not making money!
This really means you spend money not make money.
