MySurvey123 rating: Amplitude Research's panel is called Amp Up Now. Their surveys generally are easy and interesting, and most of the time they pay Amazon Gift certificate for each survey, usually $10. Sometimes you only get a sweepstakes entry. I have taken a few surveys for them, and for most surveys I was paid $10 amazon certificate, and a couple of time just for a sweepstakes entry. They don't send too many surveys - I received one survey every two months or so.   I consider Amplitude Research a good paid survey sites due to fairly good and timely payment.
