UPDATE: I am not able to log into my account anymore, and I haven’t received any surveys for a long time, not sure this survey site is still active.
BuzzBack usually send out one survey every month, however, I don’t qualify very often. Their surveys are usually interesting and easy to do, and compensation usually are cash.

Focus Forward Online
Due to the non-payment issue I experienced and terrible customer support, I do not recommend Focus Forward.
Focus Forward is an online paid survey panel by Focus Forward LLC, a New York based market research company that conducts nationwide recruitment for qualitative research. They reward members cash for completing online surveys and participating in online and offline and focus groups.

Inspired Opinions
UPDATE 2021: Inspired Opinions has been merged into Focus Group by Schiesinger.
Inspired Opinions panel is a consumer research panel launched by Schlesinger Associate, a well known and respected market research company. Schlesinger Associates mainly conducts on-site focus groups and sometimes telephone interviews, and now they created InspiredOpinion.com so members are also offered “regular” online surveys as well as focus groups opportunities.
iPoll Review
iPoll was a good online survey site that pay cash, but currently only is available as mobile app. Personally I haven’t tried the app, probably will not in the near future.
iPoll (formerly known as Surveyhead) is one of the best legitimate online paid survey panels. It was launched by uSamp (United Sample, Inc.) in 2008. uSamp was founded by the creators of goZing.com at the same year (goZing.com was an established and well respected, one of the top online sample companies from 1999 to 2005).In April 2013, Surveyhead was rebranded to iPoll.
Lightspeed Research

Lightspeed Research is another leading online market research survey company. Their paid survey panel is called Lightspeed Consumer Panel. Lightspeed Research was founded in 2000 and are owned by WPP, one of the world’s leading communications services groups.

MySurvey Review

Partnership-Plus is a paid survey panel specialize in clothing and accessories. Panel members sign in the site once a month, spend 5 – 10 minutes fill out the monthlly survey providing their clothing purchase information during the previous month, and earn 200 points (50 points extra early bird bounds if it’s done before the 5th of the month). Points can be redeemed for gift certificates or cash (check).
SayNation

Spider Metrix is an Australian based survey site.
