Please make sure only ONE household member to sign up with Pinecone Research, since multiple registrations of the same house hold will VOID all registrations.

Tip: Have the male head of household (if there is one) who also does at least half of grocery shopping sign up with Pinecone Research, you might have better chance to get accepted. Pinecone Research and other market research companies  generally need more male participants for some reason.

Like Pinecone Research? - Click here to check out more legitimate market research paid survey sites just like Pinecone!

Pinecone Research is one of the best market research paid survey companies out there. They have a great reputation of being a reliable paying paid survey company, and have consistant survey opportunities for panel members. Most members incluidng me usually receive 1- 2 surveys from Pinecone every month, Pinecone used to pays $5 for each survey. Pinecone Research surveys usually are easy and short (most surveys took me 5 - 10 minutes to finish). I also have done quite some product testings for them.

Right now Pinecone Research are paying panel members $3.00 for each paying survey and a sweepstakes entry for each "houseold" survey (household surveys are "screener" surveys used by Pinecone Research to determine potentical paying surveys for panel members.) Pinecone Research ofter members two options to accept the payment - check or Paypal. I choose Paypal and usually receive Paypal payment the next business day (before Pinecone offers Paypal they even sent me check payment BEFORE I took a survey once!).

Pinecone Research doesn't accept members at their website, instead they recruit new members through advertising or member referrals. You need to find a Pinecone sign up banner or sign up link in order to join Pinecone Research Survey Panel.

Please Note: If Pinecone Research Banner or sign up link is not available, please subscribe my Newsletter and I will send out email alert to my Newsletter subscribers when Pinecone registration is open again.

Please note again:): sometimes you will see a Pinecone Sign Up Banner states they are looking for a specific kind/group of people, (such as certain age or ethnic group), you don't have to worry about that, since they might just accept you as a panel member even if you are not their orgionally "targeted" members. :)

The sign up process to Pinecone Research is really quick and easy.

Once you finish signing up, you should receive a confirmation email from Pinecone Ressearch later (It used to be just 1 or 2 business days, but now it could take weeks.) informing that you are accepted as a new Pincone Research panel member, along with your username and passwod. (I received the confirmation email the next day after I sign up with Pinecone)  If don't receive the confirmation email it is likely you are not accepted at the time but you still can try signing up later.

I have noticed that some website are giving so called "tricks" or "tips" on Pinecone. I just want to point out I would NOT recommend anyone to listen to those "tricks". For example, when you see the sign up banner says they are looking for 18 - 24 year old or hispanics, don't say you are hispanic or you are 19 when you are not. It is not right to lie to get into the Pinecone panel (or any other market research survey panels), and you might get caught later on and get kicked out. If your demographic fits what Pinecone is looking for very likely you will be accepted and given survey opportunities.  If for some reason you have trouble get accepted by Pinecone, pleae don't get discouraged, it's really not a big deal - because there are so many other good or even better survey sites you can join!

Another thing I want to remind everyone is it is AGAINST Pinecone's policy/Term of use to talk about your survey and product testing experience with Pinecone publicly. When you sign up with Pinecone, you agree to keep everything confidential. And this is actually what you should do for ALL paid survey/market research companies.

I really like Pinecone Research a lot. Yes I make more money with a number of other paid survey sites, but Pinecone is still my favorite. They have interesting surveys and product testing opportunities, surveys generally are easy and short.  Pinecone Reserch is fair and very reliable, and they are the fastest paying survey company.

I highly recommend Pinecone Research!

Please remember to sign up with other great paid survey sites on the FREE Paid Survey Lists as well to make more money with paid surveys!

hi there i signrd up to pinecone then i signed up my husband so that means that voids all resigtrations what should i do now please help
Megs   |2009-08-09 21:04:46
Well that is good to hear. My question is, how long should I wait before trying again? Did the trouble they were having with their server reset things I wonder or maybe that has nothing to do with it. I also don't get how you can tell which is a referral link and which is an advertisement banner.
mlynn   |2009-08-07 15:25:21
Hi Megan, sorry to hear the trouble.

The working sign up link here is actually a member referral link, not a "banner" link. Pinecone periodically sends existing members referral links to recruit new members. If you want to I would think it doesn't hurt to wait a little while to sign up again.

By no means don't get discouraged about it Megan... Pinecone is a good survey site, but I (and most members I believe) only get about 1-2 survey(s) a month. I actually didn't get any survey last month...
Megan  - Oops   |2009-08-07 12:26:40
Sooooo I was an idiot and signed up both myself and my husband for Pinecone Research, even though it says CLEARLY there that multiple registrations void all registrations. (Guess I shouldn't have done it late at night, huh...). I wrote Karen Scott and she said: Megan,

Unfortunately, I am unable to override the automatic processing program
used to screen out multiple registrations. If you should come across
one of our banner ads again in the future, please feel free to try
again.

I appreciate your interest in PineCone Research.

Thanks

Karen Scott

Do you think she meant to find another banner or to wait until this current banner goes away and wait for the next time it comes?
mlynn  - re:   |2009-07-11 12:22:14
I Dee, I fixed the link. Try it again. Thanks for letting me know.
DEE   |2009-07-11 10:55:02
I tried the US link, but it isn't working.

Hi Lisa, go to home page of mysurvey123.com, on the left, under the "Main Menu", you can see "Newsletter".
Lisa   |2009-05-29 19:17:27
Thank you for the info! How do I sign up for your newsletter?
mlynn   |2009-05-11 21:27:08
Hi Chan, thank you for trying to help, appreciate it - but I don't think Pinecone will like their direct sign up link being posted on the Internet. Just you know the sign up links I posted are still working (they are NOT affiliate links).
Chan  - 2009 PineCone Sign-up Link   |2009-05-11 20:55:31
For anyone who is interested, here is the latest sign-up link for PineCone. I remember how hard I searched for one before I signed up, so I'm paying it forward

Enjoy!
Joe 6pac  - Pinecone is lame   |2009-04-16 15:01:50
I was a member of Pinecone and at first it was great. But then they started giving surveys that seemed like they were paid but at the end it said I got nothing! These kept coming until I said screw it and only looked for the real paid ones. I'm still waiting on some checks from them I never expect to get. Overall F.

Hello liam, I am sorry to hear about your accident and your son.. I just want to let you know that I am not sure if you can make enough doing paid surveys to pay for the treatment/medicines, but it sure will help a little.

To get started, please read my article of Paid Survey Guide For Beginners, then sign up with all the legitimate paid survey sites listed on the US Paid Survey List (I assume you live in US?).

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions, and good luck!
liam   |2009-03-17 23:16:41
Hi i am a desperate mom who is now disabled from a terrible accident and then my three year old son was just recently diagnosed on the autistic spectrum. Does anyone know about forums or regular surveys (Liam will need more than six dollars a month for his medicines) which say they pay more? Everyone's telling me this is all just a scam but I have to find a way to pay for my son's treatments. Just needing some hope

Hi Ram, probably there is technical problem at the moment (Pinecone had some tech problems a few days ago) I would suggest you to try it again later.

Pinecone Research was one of the first survey sites I signed up with, probably around 2000. I have enjoyed doing about two surveys a month for them for years, despite the fact that I am now in the "65+" age group--not a popular target. javascript:JOSC_emoticon(""

I've loved each product I've tested, and I am thrilled with their prompt payment. Before they began with PayPal, which I elected and receive the next business day, I got my check within a week or two.

Even though they changed to $3 per survey and an entry into a sweepstakes, I decided to stay with them because their surveys are always enjoyable, concise and don't waste my time.

I've always found them very helpful if I've ever had to email about anything, so be patient when you write.

Hope this encourages you.
Mei   |2009-03-06 16:26:21
Don - it appears you were experiencing some tech. problem, I suggest you contact them by email. I have done Pinecone surveys for over 4 years, never had any problems.

One more time, please be patient with paid surveys, and at the same time understand that paid surveys is just a way to make extra money.

And I know what I am talking about.
Don  - Not Worth It   |2009-03-06 13:40:44
I was able to join this survey site, got my first survey today and guess what, their site apparently is broken as I couldn't get past the page that said to type I ACCEPT. I wrote to the person who sent me the survey but never got a response. This is the third site I went to based on mysurvey123.com with poor results and now I am thinking mysurvey123 doesn't know what they are talking about.

I am so anxious to get signed up for this survey site that I keep thinking that something went wrong because I haven't heard from someone. Then I sign up again and remember...oh yeah they said I wouldn't know for a few days...I CAN'T WAIT!!! LOL
Wonder if I will qualify   |2009-02-11 11:13:30
Last year I was a member but then I moved and for some reason my computer did not give me any Pinecone emails. They didn't come in Spam either. I think it was because I downloaded a program that I wish I had never even seen! :cry Wish me luck! ~Donna
Mimi   |2009-02-10 06:03:11
:? Do they accept members from india ?and if im female then they wont me accept as member?wht is d minimum payout?
Mei   |2009-02-01 21:05:31
Hi Angke,

Mina is right. Survey is just a way make EXTRA money, not a way to make a living..

Sign up with as many as survey sites as you can - it will increase your survey income potencial..
Mina   |2009-02-01 12:12:17
Surveys aren't for regular "income". It's money you can make on the side. Can't live off of it LOL
Angie   |2009-01-31 06:50:18
If they are paying 3$ a survey and you get 2 a month that would be 6$ a month? So where is the income, if that is all they can do and a few samples that would hardly be sufficient to be called income,or is there something that I don't understand?
Gina   |2009-01-26 19:56:36
If you all like surveys, you may want to try your2cents.com
millie   |2009-01-11 09:10:08
Why is it only for non hispanics?
Schotty   |2009-01-11 00:53:51
Does Pinecone ever accpet members from Australia?
AIDA FE   |2009-01-03 04:21:24

Hi Joan,

Thanks for letting me know the problem. I have contacted the advertising network regarding this issue, and will get back to you as soon as possible.

By the way, Pinecone UK is looking for Male members, so if you can have your Hubby/BF(male head of household) you might be better chance get accepted.
