I didn’t have any problems with the site until a week ago. I was unable to sign into my account. I tried to change the password and log in that way,but it didn’t work. I clicked the help button but that took me to a site that said “an error has occured”. So far I have still not been able to get in contact with anyone or log into my account.

I have never had any problems with this site. Just since january I have received over $200 in rewards. I hope everones issues work out this site can be really good. I have never gotten any focus group from this site. The points do add up pretty quickly.

I am also discussed with this site. I have tried over and over to register with this company and get the same message as the rest of you. Maybe if we all report them something will be done. I have used the forgot password/username several times but those of you that received an email back I applaud you (I have never received an email back). I also should have alot of points racked up but I can’t get into the site to see how much. Come on people and join me in reporting this site.

I just read this, and I found a solution to the issue. Just clear cookies, and then try logging on. It worked for me! P.S. MyView is the best!

I suggest you forward the survey email invitations to them which shows them you are a member and ask them manually active your account!!!
I had an account with them which they don’t recongize anymore – but for some reason I don’t receive emails invitations also. I guess they deleted my account.
Since they can’t find my login (deleted my account), I registered a new account after they opened again this September.
Anyway, try my idea first see how it goes!
